I ordered online. The sandwiches were sloppily put together, literally falling apart when I picked it up. The sauce was coated on everything too. There was something off about the bread too. It was a very light, sandy brown color, which is different from the typical darker brown. Is any of this due to Subway adding a “Tip” button on my order? Why am I being asked to tip before my food is even made? Actually, why am I being asked to tip at all? This setup makes it seem more like I need to bribe the person into making me a good sub, rather than tip them on performance. Raise your standards and pay your employees fairly in order to meet those standards.
Vegetables fresh. Wasn't out of anything. Great customer service. Convenient in walmart.

The owner was really helpful we have subway card any for some reason it wasn't working. The card gives you points toward getting a freebie . He gave us two meal tickets. We finally got the problem fixed.
was ordering 2 subs and the lady was very biligerant and blamed me for her mishearing me and starting throwing stuff around when making my food... walked out and she said " glad your leaving"... not the type of service that's considered customer friendly... wont be going back for a while when hopefully she wont be there
Did not get what I ordered, was charged for double cheese and had none on my sub! Wanted it toasted and was given to me cold and not toasted!
