Much better experience today, at this location, than I have had in the past. Facility is clean. Staff was considerate and helpful. Much surprised to see new beverage options (been a while since I had visited any SUBWAY location); the new flavored water option is quite good with a good variety.
I gave a 1 because I had to. If I could, I'd give it a zero today. Usually the service is great, but today I went in to get my lunch likeI do everyday at this time, and there was no one in the store. No one. I waited for 20 minutes till I finally got enough money out of my purse for a drink, left it on the counter with a note, got myself a tea, and as I was walking out, she saunters in like nothing is wrong. Doesn't even apologize or move with a sense of urgency or anything. Horrible!! I hope this gets her fired. I wouldn't want to hire someone I couldn't depend on to stay in the store and protect my product from theft. I can't believe this is the type of people subway finds acceptable as an employee.
I am extremely impressed with Hope. She offered to open 5 min early and already had out order ready when we walked in the door. She always has a smile. Thanks for taking care of us!!
i love subway but this one is so disgusting. There is always flies in the food and the food tastes not fresh, i don’t know who owns this subway but it really needs to change, i suggest going to the other subway in cedartown but i wish they would change this because it’s nice to be able to shop at walmart and then get something to eat at subway... nice people (most of the time) just dirty
Let's be honest it's Subway, you know what to expect it's not some eclectic or off the charts chef run place it's a sandwich shop. Taste exactly what you expect for a very good price very quickly.
Katie the sandwich artist lost her damn mind! Your job is to pay attention to me and make my sandwich so when you are not doing your job trust me I will let you know and if you want to get an attitude after I call you out because you are NOT doing your job I will walk out on you so my suggestion to you is keep your mouth shut and do your job you look real stupid left holding a sub that you have to explain to your manager why it is now waste!
Always closed. Never has any lemonade. The employees seem to joke and pal around alot. It seems like getting a customer is an inconvenience to them.
Hope was super sweet and made us feel welcomed! Food was great as well! 😍
