The food is always fresh and good the people are good at what they do.

Employees are not trained well. They are always left on there own. Bought two sandwiches was charged for 3. They also hire high-school kids or straight out of high school that act like they don't wanna be there.. or they seemed stoned and can't think.

The lady we had was very short with us and threw our sandwiches into the bag. Acted like helping us was a chore. Didn't have alot of things on hand for sandwiches saying it was almost closing time when it was an hour and half before 9.

I walked in and was ready to order The guy making sandwiches decided to go sit at a table and take a break while I stood there and refused to help me worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life

The staff is rude 90% of the time. Had one young man forcefully take the money out of my hand and basically threw my change in my hand. They dont know the difference between a whole egg and egg white. And get mad when the customer wants their sandwich made their way. I mean the customer is always right, right?

I was at your Subway in the Wal-Mart Super Center in Cassville Mo., on Oct.21st. I ordered broccoli and cheese soup for lunch, you employee said we haven't started the soup yet, it will be about 10 mins, I said ok no problem it was worth the 10 minute wait. So I paid for it and a soda, and set and waited and waited more like 15 minutes. Finally she said she would get my soup, I got up to get it and as she was stirring it she said on darn this is chicken and dumpling, I said I don't want that, she said it's good too, but I just didn't want that. She gave me my money back, so I ordered a carved turkey sandwich, she did ask me if I wanted it toasted, I said no but when I went to eat it it was actually icey, so she warmed it for me. My point is the two employees working were lazy, soup should be ready at lunch, turkey should be thawed better. As I was finally eating, another lady came in , both employees were in the backroom, she called to them two or three times, nothing, finally went to where she could see them in the door and called again they finally came and took her order. Your employees that were working that day, were sure not people persons, very lazy, and unconcerned. I have never been treated so shabby at a Subway. I probably won't be back there.

It seems like here lately every other time I go to subway they mess up my sandwich. I don't go to many fast food places, with subway I have my regular order. I think atleast part of it is new employee(s), but they have all been really nice and friendly. The sandwich wasn't bad, just disappointing when it's not what you ordered

The lady was very nice and professional, cleaned off the place where they made the sandwiches before making ours.
