Customer service is great friendly However this Subway does not accept coupons So apparently it's the same owner that owns all 3 subways on Fair Oaks boulevard and he does not accept any coupons at none of the subway So we have to go out of our way sometimes to get a deal but God's so expensive so defeats the purpose. I think it comes down to the owners being greedy more money in their pocket We live in a wonderful world don't we.
My family love subways so this hurts to have to say. But lately when we order for in the evenings we have received poor customer service. But tonight has to be the worst. I ordered online a roast beef footlong we I got my sandwich I had two slices of roast beef that looked like it was shredded to stretch across the bread. Almost no lettuce and so much mayo and mustard it took me three napkins to wipe most of it off. The sandwich was not cut and there was no napkins with my order. I spent 13$ for a mayo mustard bread sandwich. I know for a fact that is not how the sandwich is supposed to be. I can honestly say I won't be ordering from there again.
It's sandwich are exactly what you would expect. Would review higher but the staff seemed depressed and I get guilty to have them make me a sandwich. The shift manage seemed to stop making my sandwich in the middle to ask another member to finish. Was a very odd experience and would go back only for convenience. The owner of this store has lost focus and it's staff have zero charm. The sandwiches are what you would expect but the rest of the experience is subpar.
Horrible customer service. Rude head manager lady, don't eat here go to the one down Fair Oaks Blvd. Apparently manament got Google to restart the reviews, that's seedy and disgusting.
This is the second time in a row I ordered tuna 6INCHSUB asked for toasted but it was not toasted. Good store however services of their employees aren’t great. Employees seem not happy. They must follow the directions from orders. Not coming back again.
If I could I would give negative 100 stars. Horrible service by everyone here. Including the manager. Not only that. The bread is so old it's crunchy like a cracker and crumbles when trying to eat it. The produce is old, wilted, and just generally taste bad. The meat is the same. On top of all of this one of the girls picked up a visibly dirty knife and cut my sandwich in half with it. Them when I asked her to make me a new one, the manager told her to save the sandwich don't throw it away. All of the employees attitudes were horrible. I will never ever come back here again. I suggest you don't go here unless you want food poisoning.
I've never been treated so rudely in my life. The employee ignored me for a long time while she made other sandwiches that must have been for a phone order, made two trips to the back and took a phone call. When she finally took my order she acted like I was bothering her by ordering sandwiches. She slammed things, sighed when I asked her for certain things and made blatant faces of annoyance. My friend and I were shocked and another customer behind us walked out.
Do not go, bad service , no promotions, no deals, no 5$ sub, no customer service. And no based prices on the chicken bowls. 10.76 for chicken and salad. Better off getting a sub. Not happy. The younger staff look scared to make a mistake.
