The associate Paige provided absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered online and went inside, she immediately asked why I was there and said she had 15 minutes to make my order, there was nobody in line behind me. She had an attitude and was disrespectful, missed toppings on the sandwich that I ordered and verbally argued with me. She told me I was being ridiculous because I said there was no difference between me verbally telling her my order versus ordering it online for her to see herself and prepare. She did not provide me a receipt either. I am filing a formal complaint with corporate for this extremely inappropriate and childish behavior. You’re a grown adult actually act like one.

Quick place to grab lunch. Employees have always been friendly.

Employees are always kind and efficient, no matter how busy it is. Out of all of the subways in the area, including Monroe, this is my favorite one because of the wonderful staff and high quality food. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Doesn't matter which employee is working that day Subs are always good. Gas station employees are nice and do good job also. We have to keep cans of Mt Dew and smores pop tarts stocked though lol.

Do not order online for pick up. I have ordered online 3 different times and everytime they can not read the instructions and leave my sub untoasted. If you order a pizza sub this is very disappointing considering the only option is toasted and it seems like common sense. Ordering inside I have not noticed issues which is why I'm giving them a 3 star instead of 1.

I'd like to taste the items you put on the bread

Thursday evening we made a online order. 25$ worth of food. For my daughter, husband and daughter friend. Paid for it. Went to pick up and my daughter was told they ran out of bread and were closing early. So to go online and cancel your order. After going back online there is NO WAY to cancel a order. So I called the store to tell her that. Her response was “Sorry”. Call in the morning and talk to a manger. I tried calling three times in the morning to talk with a manager to get a refund or my order, no answer. I called there again after work. A extremely rude worker told me to call Monday when a manger is in. Still no one has offered any way to make this right!!! This place is extremely unprofessional and at this point thieves! So be ware of the shady business this place is doing.

I went there last night with my boyfriend and the little girl who works there was just plain out rude to me but super nice to my boyfriend.. I never did anything to her or even know her. I went there a few times before that alone and she was plain out rude to me every single time. Then the older guy who works the gas station part constantly stares at you and is also rude and doesn’t even wear a mask.. I tried giving this little girl a chance because I know what it feels like to be over worked especially right now but you still need to be professional.
