The location by Ritchie Station has been closed. I went to the one in Largo Town Center and the employee was polite and efficient and the food was good

Terrible, we ordered from here the second time and they decided to ignore what we asked for and made completely different subs. Then won’t answer their phones. Would not recommend, picture is the sub they gave. Who knows what sauce that is

i would put zero stars if i could considering i’ve had two bad experiences with this place. i ordered here before a couple months ago with a mobile order and for one it wasn’t ready and then wasn’t made right i like baja chipotle HATE mayo seems as though from muscle memory they put mayo and realized my order didn’t call for it and just went with it. Finally went today to try again same thing happened Order wasn’t ready so they looked up my order number then instead of just reading off the paper and making it they hand me the paper to call my order out to them.. i do mobile orders considering my lunch break is 30 mins mobile ordering is supposed to be quick and easy. Then me not knowing that deluxe didn’t mean double meat they tried to make me leave my chips that i had already paid for bc i owed them 2.00 i did not bring my wallet (bc hint: mobile order pay ahead). What aggravated me the most was it was supposed to be already done and made when i got there… let me add they were not busy when i walked in. and just the fact of literally handing me my receipt to call out my order to them was ridiculous in that case instead of doing double meat and doing whatever deluxe means i wouldn’t of had to owe them extra.They are terrible listeners and would rather argue than understand the frustration. bc moral of all Mobile Order should of been ready i wouldn’t of even been mad if i didn’t get the extra meat instead it was embarrassing bc i didn’t have my wallet and they were telling me to leave something that i had paid for. If the meal was already made when it was supposed to be made we wouldn’t of had this problem.

It was everything I expect from Subway. This location doesn't have any vegan proteins, but they do have the vegetarian patties. The most satisfactory part for me was the great service experience. The woman that served me was friendly and communicated clearly when I asked her about the ingredients. She understood that I still wanted a sandwich even I don't want any meat on it.

If I could this place would get zero, my husband and I went here for breakfast, my husband asked for a breakfast combo the guy look like he didn't know what it was kept looking over and over at the menu to see what it was, then when we are set to pay his cash register was not working he made us wait and wait and wait. Instead of finishing us that are in a rush to leave he helps another customer. The machine said network not connected he tells us he didn't know what that meant and still had us wait. We said screw it and left. If you are a new employee and don't feel confident being alone done work a shift alone.

Father's Day June 20, 2021 I ordered from SUBWAY on Alaking Ct., for curbside pickup. We got a footlong and a 6 inch tuna subs and 2 bags of chips. Once home, I bit into my sandwich and there was HAIR HAIR HAIR in my mouth! (I have pics) I freaked out, washed my mouth out. I called and spoke to Nasim who brought out my sandwich and told me there was no manager in the store that day. He did not apologize but offered to fix me another sandwich. No, thanks. But I would like my money back, I have lost my appetite, you gave me food with HAIR! Since no manager was there he couldn't but eventually he said my order could be canceled and I would be refunded. That didn't happen and there was never a manager on premises when I called, or so I was told. Other times I called there was no answer. Needless to say I had to dispute the charge through my payment method since I was not able to get a refund from SUBWAY. The SUBWAY app, website and headquarters phone line makes it impossible to speak to anyone in their organization abouta dispute. They force you to use the website in which I still have not gotten a response. It's now July!

Been closed for days saying "no internet"

The lady never asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted and when I told her that I wanted it toasted she started to take off the tomatoes and lettuce as if she was about to toast it and put the same lettuce and tomatoes back on it. She should have just remade my sandwich. This is poor customer service and unsanitary.
