We were helped by the manager who did an amazing job on our sandwiches! You can tell she knew what she was doing and had the patience to do what we asked. I highly recommend!
I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious. Fantastic service!
I ordered from this location about a month ago. I was told the first attempt for payment failed and to try again. The second attempt worked, but later that day I checked my bank account and was charged 2 different times for the same amount.
Came in around 4 and the was a long line with only one worker Edward was able to get through the line a pretty quick all by himself. He was also very pleasant to interact with was a very hard work being by himself.
Honestly I have never been treated so rudely. She actually tossed my sandwich down the line because I wanted a Tuna Melt?? Told me she would have to put ALL of "that" stuff on it first and was disgusted. Then she smashed my sandwiche, not kidding!! Smashed it several time. I actually thought I was being punked.
Store is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I could have done without hearing the complaining about a staff member scheduled in at 1 that will not be arriving until 4 and how the gal with the lip peircings is "so sick if it". This was not only mutiple times but loudly and in front of customers at the sandwich station. Perhaps staffing issues should be addressed in the back or behind closed doors.
ZERO STARS. Just stopped at 11:30am to get a sandwich for my son. "New store hours 11am to 7pm" was the sign on the door, which I had also checked online before coming. Walked in and was rudely told we're closed. We don't open until noon. Will never return.
Each time I go here I have an issue. My first time time there two weeks ago, the boy that was making the sandwich was slow at making if and after asking me what kind of cheese I wanted, put on the wrong cheese. I was in this afternoon, wanted my sub with chips and a drink. But they guy (he mumbled a lot) didn’t understand me when I said I wanted the meal with a drink and chips. So I got over charged for the drink and chips because they were bought with my sub.
