This place is going downhill fast while it’s prices are aiming to get to the top of the highest mountain! The food has been good but for the prices they charge they’re going to have to offer more than just average sandwiches now.
They were understaffed and came in for cookies. Waited in line and when it finally got to my turn. I let the man know I just needed cookies. Instead of getting me cookies. He turned toward the man behind me and started his food. Than started the food of the gal behind him. I don't understand why he couldn't of gotten my cookies first before helping the people behind me in line. Also never for my cookies because had to leave due to time crunch.
the Subway sandwich shop in Powell is one of the best.
We just had the BEST experience we have ever had at any Subway! The guys here are true artists. My husband is a "sauce guy." They made a sandwich for him with ALL the sauces. He said it was the best sandwich he has EVER HAD! We always stop in Burley during our road trips. We'll be getting great sandwiches every time!
Took my family of 5 in after having been on the road for hours. It was 7:15 and they close at 8 but they had already closed everything up. I asked if we could open a table for my kids to sit down (they already had the chairs stacked up.) They said no because "we close in like 40 minutes." The sandwiches were fine but we had to eat in the car in the parking lot. Not a great experience. We'll take our business elsewhere next time.
The employee working this afternoon at 3:00 was busy working in the back when we came in. He peeked out the door window and saw us but did not say anything just stayed in the back for about 5 minutes before finally coming to the front to help us. He explained that he was "really busy". We were the only customers in the store and his service was not friendly, it was bordering on rude . The bread on my sandwhich wS also stale and . Will not go back to this store again.
The staff was friendly and got the food made quickly.
I went there to order for a group because the app wouldn’t let us and the girls there were very rude. I didn’t even get a single smile except for the cashier who is very sweet but the two girls who made my sandwich were impatient and snarky. Definitely won’t be going back.
