Poor customer service! My husband, daughter, and I stopped in here today. I started to give the person behind the counter our order and the phone rang.He stopped to answer the phone. (Understandable)No "excuse me". When he came back to finish taking the order, which was 5 minutes later, he was very short with us. He didn't even apologize for leaving us waiting.He was out of spinach, but didn't want to check for more in the kitchen. He acted like he didn't want to be there. Don't think we will be going to Subway anymore.
I like subway, but this store seems to be putting less and less toppings on their sandwiches. I tried a slider yesterday and honestly it's not worth $2.00. The older women with blond hair made my slider and she seemed mad or something, she didn't exactly make you feel welcome. I think she might be an owner, not sure. Skimping on toppings, and unfriendly employees. Very sad
The owner Gayle made me a sandwich then looked at me and said, “good luck eating that”. I didn’t realize what she meant by that until I got to my car and opened it up. When I opened it you could barely hold itor find the bread. The whole sandwich was a total mess. If you don’t believe me or want to see it I posted a photo. Do not go to this one or the one across the street.
I've never had a problem getting extra cheese on my sandwiches anywhere else, however, the cashier couldn't comprehend that I only asked for extra cheese (that costs 1.20 extra). Instead, she charged me double that (2.40 extra). I watched the guy make my sandwich and he only put 1 slice extra on top their normal amount.... but because he told her double, she multiplied the extra charge by 2...and said she only charged me what he told her. There was alot of people in line and instead of going from irritated to angry, I left. I should've had her open my sandwich to count the slices. She did the same to my mother in law that ordered after me. So I'm assuming they do that to every customer that asks for extra. What cheats!
The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!! The worker named Summer treated my mother and I with such disrespect it was ridiculous. She had a scowl on her face the whole time. This place has lost my business as well as my families. She needs to go to Charm School!
The kid working was extremely rude didn't make the sandwich how I asked had his gloves on while touching the icee machine and then came back to make the sandwich with the same gloves on. I would not recommend eating here!
They take forever. 30 minutes just to take my order with two people working. One only came out of the back once. Looked at me and walked in the back again. There is also bread cutting knifes stuck in the trim???
Horrible service lady was rude sandwich had fallen apart completely by the time I sat at a table.. veggies nor bread was fresh no cookies no soup.
