I visited this Subway today 🤦🏾‍♀️. The young female sandwich artist was making a customer's order and began toasting it. The customer ran to the restroom and she asked me how many subs I needed and the type of bread. She pulled my choices from the bread rack and slices them and then went to check the initial customer out. As she was ringing him up, I watched flies crawl over both of the bread she pulled for my order (the sneeze guard was left up so the flies went from bread to meat to bread). When she returned to me, I asked her to give me new bread because I had just watched flies walk over them. She informed me that "I'm sorry we don't have control over the flies; if you are worried about flies on the bread this is the wrong place to be". I told her okay that I would just get some chips and she asked me how I wanted my 1st sub. I politely told her nevermind, I wasn't going to get either. I put the chips back and watched her place the same bread back on the open bread rack. She apologized again and I told her thank you and left. I know we may not have control over what we don't see, but if I tell you I saw flies on the food product, why put it back? Hopefully this can be improved.

Only one person working. Someone called in sick. That poor lady was a lone had been alone all day.

Employees are not nice. One employee came out an completely ignored me and began stocking potato chips instead of taking my order. Tables were nasty. Same employee was cussing at someone on the phone. Then continued to talk in front of customers very loudly about quitting because she was written up.Then got even louder after customers left about being written up. She also made customers wait to order while on the phone with the phone on speaker.

The 2 young girls working need to have a supervisor checking on them. We went around 8:30 after a JV football game. I stood inside for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come from the back. Nobody ever came, the food was already removed from the serving line coolers, and the light in the employee section (around the corner) was off. When I walked out a lady rolled her window down to say that 2 girls had been standing there moments before I entered. I waited for another 5-10 minutes until two other customers entered to get food. The light turned on in the back and they both walked out. I was mad so walked in and asked where they were when I was standing there for 5 minutes. 1 girl shrugged and smirked like it was funny. Also, I understand that everyone wants to begin cleaning up before closing, but fixing subs from digging around on a cart takes forever. There’s no reason to be completely cleaned up and rude to customers at 8:30 when closing time isn’t until 10:00. That was about a month ago so went back last week. The same 2 girls, were not rude this time, but do not smile or try to offer any polite customer service at all. They just stand there acting annoyed. One girl was fixing my sub while the other was sweeping the floor. The one sweeping came behind the counter without washing her hands. She put a glove on 1 hand and put cookies into the cookie container with both hands. Disgusting!! These are young girls doing these types of things because they are not being supervised correctly which is a direct reflection of the management and owners.

Not only the worst Subway I’ve ever been to but also the worst restaurant in the area. My husband brought me home a sub earlier today. First thing I noticed was that the bread was close to raw. It literally felt like a sponge. So we took it back, the one lady whose name I didn’t catch was actually nice and told another girl to remake it. This girls name was Autumn. She had the worst attitude I’ve seen in a while. She instantly threw the same type of bread down, huffing and puffing the whole time completely ignoring us. When I told her that I didn’t want the same bread, she slammed the sandwich into the trash can and stormed off, saying “Go deal with this before I get pissed” and walked out of the store. She has never had a good attitude anytime we’ve been in there (which is frequent). No idea why you guys still employ her.

The female worker (thin young girl) never say hi and she just ask you "How can I help you?"! ... I felt offended and I think she needs to be told that customers would like you if you say "hi" and "you are welcome and have a nice day" when they say "thank you"!!!!

Was well pleased with the service. Lisa has a great personality and very professional. If I were her employer, I would definitely give her a raise before someone else does. Thank you Lisa, you made the stop at Subway well worth it.

Didn't care too much for my sub it was sloppy just thrown together also taste like cleaning supplies it had a little funny taste to it as if they was cleaning and then stopped and just started making sandwiches again.
