Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. We went at the start of the lunch hour rush but service was quick. Portion sizes were accurate compared to advertising tho appearance varied slightly. The store didn't carry the seafood and crab sandwich that I am used to ordering locally, but they DID have Raspberry Cheesecake cookies! Mmmm!!🥰
The teriyaki chicken was so good I ordered another. The sweet onion is awesome they won't give me the recipe lol.it makes mon tolerable 5.99 for the meal or a king . Their sandwiches are all good try their daily specials for your favorite. The employees are great
Am very unhappy with service lately. I used to love the service here (especially from a middle aged African-American woman who just lit up that place) but lately there's been two grumpy people who not only make me feel overly rushed and like I'm wasting their time, but basically 'talk back' when asking for my food to be made a certain way. Not happy. I'm going farther away to another location from now on where they have some kind of customer service and make me feel welcomed.
Rude employees, they rush you, make you wait so they can Finnish sharing their gossip stories. The only good thing was the store was clean. Won’t ever return. I will drive to another location.
Went during lunch. Only one person working while others were in back talking. The girl up front seemed new and did not know what she was doing. When she went to ring up my salad she had to ask the other workers how to. The other worker over charged me, when I asked she was already gone leaving me with the new worker. The new worker shruged her shoulders and said she did it. Not very happy. Will not be going back again.
We had a working meeting that ran a little bit later than anticipated and they let us stay in the dining room for a few minutes past closing and didn't chase us out. That was very nice of them.
Clean store and normal Subway style food, but closing at 6PM & not being open on the weekends is absolutely unacceptable for a chain restaurant located in downtown Bettendorf. Based on that alone I cannot give this anything more than 1 star. Please update your hours, especially seeing as there is now a large apartment complex about .2 miles away. *mind blown*
Great Subway! Always friendly, very well managed, and Wanda makes the best subs west of the Mississippi River!
