The staff over there as of March 2023 is the best they have had in years. Quick , Courteous , Polite. Even saw a worker cut his break short while I was there to help another employee. In today’s environment of making the customer do all the work it was refreshing to see service like this in a culture that wants no interaction. I wish the prices were better at Subway but at the least I will return because of the Customer Service I received.

Berwick Maine 10:45am I walked in and nobody was up front - all the food was open. She comes around and greeted me kindly but warned the debit machine might not work. I said ok and risked it. I order a turkey sandwich with bacon but only the bacon cooked… she grabbed two pieces of bacon that already looked to be cooked and burnt them. I looked over at veggies and they were brown and dry. She started putting brown lettuce on my sandwich and I finally said that’s really brown. She goes “well I’m not sure my other lettuce will be any better” and I pointed at the fresh green bin and said “ that one right there?” . Overall for $12 and some change ….. once again ….. just a gross location and I’ll finally stop going now. (This is my 3rd terrible experience)

Having been to this location many times, I was sorely disappointed with the service. The sandwich artist was sloppy and slightly rude. Maybe they were having a bad day, but in the service industry, you need to leave it at the door. Sorry to say we won't be back.

The manager was the only one in and he was the most kind and professional person keeping everyone updated on the amount of time we had to wait as he was making the bread and taking care of more than one patron at a time and no mess up just a perfect time at subway

Ordered for delivery and usually it is good but they didn’t put any ham or hardly any vegetables on the sub.

This Subway is very slow and I will not go back again. I ordered online and when went to pick it up on time there was 1 guy working and 5 people in line. He totally ignored the online orders.

I walked in with my daughter,nobody behind the counter. Waiting for 5 minutes til he comes with unfriendly face asking what my daughter want. He asked me to pay before the sandwich done. Than he throw the sandwich right in front of my daughter(10 years old) and walk away. What a bad service ever in subway also gross foods, not fresh at all!! No more waste my money in this place again.

I am not impressed. I got a footlong steak and cheese, supposed to be 2 scoops of steak, she did one and then charged me for a foot long pro when I asked for another scoop. I would have been happy to pay for the foot long pro if that's what I actually recieved. Subway has went way down.
