Do the ladies here hate their jobs? They sure seem like it. It's like we're a nuisance for them. My job annoys me sometimes, but I still show up with a smile. Just what I love...a long night of driving just to come in an establishment and get welcomed with glares. Lol Some people just don't need to work in customer service. Praying for them. 🙏 Great food though, so you got that going for ya. Although, how hard can it be to mess up a sandwich?

Exceptional! Great service and food! Prompt, fast, great attention to detail all while being so friendly, patient and courteous! Destiny and Jeremy were amazing! They handled a huge crowd with finess! So refreshing to see wonderful professionals who were equipped, well trained and so very helpful! Please show them some love and stop by. You will be so glad that you did!

TERRIBLE service. I waited a good 10 minutes to be waited on. There was one lady ahead of me. An employee, African American kept wiping down the counter, she knew I was standing there and never one time said “we will be with you in a minute. FINALLY the skinny white girl asked me what I would like. I told her and she prepared my sandwich. Neither employees has hair nets on and the African American girls hair actually touched the counter. Too bad I don’t work for the Health Department.

If I could put a negative star rating I would. We stood there at the counter and we're not helped. Asked the clerk at pilot, she said "I'll go tell her she has customers" we stood there a while longer never to be helped or even see a subway employee until we walked out and they were outside socializing. Great way to run a restaurant!!!!

5 stars for Miss Tori, she is always so kind and takes great care of us when we come! I love coming here and seeing that she’s working that night because the best subway experiences i’ve had have been when she’s working !

I love the one at The Pilot, the guy stayed over to fix my sandwiches. He had 6 kids to get home to, and he was going to close down afterwards. His relief didn't show up, and I felt bad for the guy. I hope he gets a raise, or appreciation from gf/wife. I hope she realizes what a great man she has

One of the best darn subways I've been to awesome vibes all around. Sometimes things get busy if they are packed with various travelers. Around 4pm I noticed they are likely to be feeding groups of hungry Greyhound Bus Passengers. 24hour availability but remember consideration goes both ways professional courtesy is one thing but then again I've seen more rude, disrespectful, not to forget unsanitary "professional" drivers at a truck stop than I've ever seen a foul employee. It's usually a one sided persons opinionated belief that stigmatizes hardworking people. Somebody who might be stuck between a rock and a hard place trying to make it through the day without so much irrationality

Very rude staff. The skinny old lady and the the short blonde with glasses are very hateful. The vegetables never look fresh. Tables are never clean. Worst subway I've ever been to
