The customer before me had just finished placing his order; he didn’t agree with the price and told Brenda that it should not be that much because it costs less at other places for double meat. He finishes paying and leaves, and Brenda proceeds to talk about him around other customers while making their sandwiches and how he was wrong. No professionalism at all!

Stopped by on the way home from work. Got 2 foot long spicy Italian subs. They only put 5 pieces of pepperoni and 5 pieces of salami on each foot long. I asked if it was supposed to be 10 pieces of each on a foot long and was told “no. This is the correct amount.” There was also green fuzzy mold in one of the containers of cheese.

Stopped here on our way home and it was not a great experience. The bread is crumbling on all of our sandwiches. They were out of wheat bread and wraps which is why we settled with the white bread. My husband ordered a spicy Italian and she made a Buffalo chicken (not sure how that got mixed up). My daughters kids meal was supposed to come with a side and a drink and came with neither. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they loaded up the meat so much the sandwiches wouldn't close. With the place being unkempt (bathrooms weren't put together), I'm just hoping we don't get sick. Such a waste of money for poor quality food.

Employees were leaving as we were pulling into the parking lot 2 and a half hours before closing, after we had put in a mobile order that was accepted. So they must have seen it and still decided to just leave early instead. Order was still "being made" as we saw them drive away. Took down the sign that said "if this location is closed earlier than 9pm, call this number" on the door as well. No way to cancel the order, just took our money and ran. This subway is honestly just awful.

Why does it say closed at 9 pm yall 8 pm on Thursday. I hate places like this.

I just got back from coming to this place and let me tell you, they should probably get an entirely new staff or shut down. The staff had a bit of an attitude, I in no way felt welcome. There was almost no bread left. And on my way out I had a horrible fall because no one bothered to put out a wet floor sign over the wet floor! Not only is that potential dangerous, but they are lucky as all hell I'm not likely to sue despite how many people are trying to talk me into doing so. Plus, something that I had noticed while I was on the ground was that their floor was super dirty.

Store does not stay open for advertised hours. Online it says that they stay open until 9:00pm but they were closed by 8:00pm.

Every time here the employees are rude and lazy. The place is dirty, they close early because they just want to. If you order online they try to refuse to make it. They roll their eyes and ignore customers when coming in. They keep getting new employees and they keep getting worse and worse. Honestly better to just close this location. Worst subway on earth.
