Staff lacked knowledge in how to utilize equipment efficiently. I asked for well done bacon that the sandwich maker refused to achieve. When I pointed it out they ignored my first, second and third request to toast it more done. My wife and I regularly eat at Subway restaurants all over the four state area and this location seems to consistently lack a service dedication! I was emailed by the franchise area store manager and they offered a replacement meal coupon, but after three weeks of it not arriving by mail after he contacted me asking for my mailing address, I give up and decided to warn other potential patrons of the poor service.

This is my first time of going to the Bella Vista location and that’s because my friend who used to work at the Gravette location made the transition to the Bella Vista location. And the food at this location tastes as good as it did at the Gravette location.

Meh... decent but feels like getting ripped off too much.

Friendly staff. Smiles, laughs, and makes the best subs. We tried to order online, and it said they were closed. So we tried to call, but there was no answer. We were heading into the restaurant in front of them when we noticed the open sign was on, so we drove over there. Glad we did. Best sandwiches ever. The pizza sub is the best, IMO.

The staff always seems too preoccupied with visiting with each other than to take care of customers. The club I ordered tonight was an absolute disaster. There were two people working and one of them let the line back up to the door before they hopped in and helped. Then he took to throwing the knives they cut the sandwiches with across the room towards the sink. Missed the first time, made it the second. Will take my business to Jimmy John’s or Firehouse.

It took the cashier 15 minutes to ring up one customer who had to go to her car to get coupons. Also, the cashier allowed this customer to refill the lids for soft drinks; the customer dropped some lids on the floor and picked them off the floor and placed them in the lid holder. I told a young lady that worked there and she let the cashier know. The cashier did throw away the lids. I really don’t think Subway cares who they hire as long as they show up for work. There were two young workers who did a great job, but the cashier held up the line as she was so incompetent! I will now go to the Subways in Bentonville!

I walked in and waited for a few minutes and after observing the young man behind the counter I turned and walked out.. hair hanging down in face and did not appear to be clean really didn't want him touching my food

They young gentleman and lady that was working this evening around 7:30 were great. They got to be some of the most polite workers I've seen in a while. The young lady was very helpful.
