Employees were helpful as they put together several different orders for me. Each order was made exactly as I requested. The ingredients were fresh and every meal my family & I have ordered from this Subway was put together well & tasted good.

We had a coupon for 'buy two foot long sandwiches and get one free', so like almost everyone at this time, we're getting our share of take out and decided to use it. Two sandwiches, classic tuna with provolone and sweet onion chicken teriyaki with everything but jalapenos, had the Italian herb and cheese roll and the third, meatball marinara with green pepper and provolone, had the Italian. The chicken teriyaki and meatball sandwiches we had toasted. They were all good we agreed eating them at home. The gal behind the counter was polite, kind and attentive to the food, but could have used some help as the wait was very long. When I walked in, a customer was getting two different six inch sandwiches, with almost everything on them, so that took awhile. The couple who came in after me had to wait awhile for our three to be built. One guy came in and left assessing the wait time. I was in there for over twenty minutes. Another thing of note was the bathroom was not usable for customers, because apparently since Subway's policy is their bathrooms are available to all, the employee told us someone came in and used it earlier and made such a mess it would have to be closed until a cleaning crew came to clean it after hours. She said she was going to have to lock up briefly at some point in her shift to use a neighboring stores. Good grief. Bad circumstances for staff and clients. Subway needs a solution for this as I doubt anyone wants the person preparing their food cleaning up that kind of human waste even with gloves.

Several sandwiches were made using the same gloves Bread was stale The attitude was what it was, no point.. however, do better at hiring. Hire people who comprehend food allergens Vegetables were brown What a joke. Never again. I lost all faith, took one bite through the rest out, I want an apology and my money back.

So much cross contamination. Employees made no effort to clean up tuna that had been flung practically everywhere and was all over the steak containers. Employees were also very rude, ignored requests for a sandwich to be made the way it’s supposed to be on the menu. There was a lady that I’m guessing was the manager that was slightly more kind. Genuinely thought this subway had gotten better because the last time I came they were getting improved but no, it in fact was worse. I was actually thinking of ordering my sub as a meal but after the attitude I got from the employee just for making a simple steak and cheese w/ no peppers or onions, I didn’t dare ask for more.

The last person handling my sub congestedly coughed over it without covering her mouth and didn't wear gloves. I looked passed that because I was sooo hungry but when I got to my car and unwrapped it the sandwich smelled like cigarettes.- To me anyways. My olfactories could be wrong but I highly doubt it.

Worst customer service! The boy that was behind the counter didn't even greet me when I asked if I could get a pizza he said "maybe" (very rudely). When we opened the pizza in the car we realized he didnt even cut it. Learn some respect if you're coming to work in customer service.
