Another great stop for lunch...we had no wait, food was fresh and prepared excellently, I just wish the mobile app worked properly...if you are headed to the ski stops on the mountain, this is a great stop to pick up lunch to go...
I came in today to get my family dinner. We don't get out much because everything is so expensive these days. But we received coupons in the mail so we decided to go. I placed my order for 4 footlongs I had a coupon for 3 footlongs for $17 something! Got everything made presented the coupon just to be told they don't accept them but did offer 15% off instead which was way less then the coupon savings of course and I still had to give the coupon to them! So I ended up spending over $50 just for 4 subs and 2 large teas! I really wanted to just walk out but the sandwiches were already made and I'm just not that kind of person. So I was just very disappointed in the fact the don't accept coupons. That really says something about the owner quite greedy if you ask me! I'm paying over $10 for a damn sandwich and I couldn't even get extra mayo or vinager I asked for it and when I glanced over she was closing it up so I couldn't tell till I went to eat it it was so dry I couldn't taste any mayo or vinager AT ALL!! the owner needs to step up and get with the times and do better at training people on how to make a sandwich and show them how to evenly distributed toppings, and to not put it all in the middle of it!
Best Subway hands down! The staff is always friendly and the subs are always amazing. I live locally and my kids went away to college and they always complain that they can’t eat at any other subway because they are spoiled by the one in Banner Elk. Owners take a lot of pride in their business and it shows.
I travel the western part of NC for work and eat at lots of Subways. This is by far the best subway I've been to. It's always a lovely experience. The restaurant is always clean including the lobby, sub station area and the restrooms and the staff is always smiling, kind and courteous. Right after the lunch rush they have staff cleaning and preparing for what's to come next. Thank you Subway of Banner Elk for always being a great experience!
This was the happiest Subway I’ve ever been to! The staff was friendly and patient with my kids and me. The person who checked us out let my seven year old scan our chips and Gatorade, made jovial small talk with us as we paid, and sent us off with a “Happy Fourth of July!” Such a pleasant experience! Thank you!
The best Subway , they always have fresh ingredients stocked & breads made they live up to their fresh saying . This is our favorite subway we come here all of the time, friendly staff & clean store too . Would recommend if in area or just passing thru .
I do not recommend it, this is a nationwide restaurant chain that offers promotions that are sent to our house, but this restaurant is fraudulent because they do not accept coupons, be smarter by accepting a coupon, you will not go bankrupt, instead a good service can help them grow and customers are happy but I'm not, I really don't recommend it
When i went in to be served I was told it would be a moment. As I was waiting the other 2 workers talked to the lady and man behind me instead of helping the lady that was making the 7 subs ( online order ) before me. I asked for 2 six inch subs and a footlong and they charged me for extra meat. Because the lady who served me put extra meat and I didn't want extra meat just a regular six inch steak and six inch turkey. Instead of tring to fix it they wanted to charge me for her mistake. Then when I get to pay the cashier only rang up the one witch was $15 for 1 foot long ( the extra meat I didn't ask for) will not come back to this place very rude staff very disappointed.
