This location has consistently been a bad experience for me and I can’t figure out why. An example being today, where a meatball marina sub which was always marked as one of cheapest footlongs (6.49 on the visible menu there) was being told that it was 7.89 because it’s a foot long. Despite me showing pointing to him that on THEIR menu it said 6.49. I saw the employee mark it as a steak foot long and brought it to his attention but his response was that “it’s a foot long and only a 6inch is 6.49” which makes no sense at all. I’ve had previous experiences where requesting a wrap the employee overlooked it and proceeded to act if this was acceptable. A note to management would to retrain the employees or have them cycle to other locations.

man could not communicate with me at all due to language barriers. When I asked for a meatball sub he put a hump of tuna in the center of my 6 inch. He proceeded to put my sandwich in the oven. He tried to sell me this warm tuna sandwich which i did not want to buy. I ended up leaving and heading to my favorite ice cream place, carvel. To my surprise, he walked right across the room and asked me what I wanted. I left immediately

A small place with no eat in tables. 3 outside tables that were rather dirty. Uncaring staff and what we felt were higher than normal pricing. The food was typical Subway affair that was best placed in a cooler and taken someplace else to consume. Parking is free but shared and limited.

Terrible !!!!! this location is absolutley horrible i came here while i was pregnant. The man who works here every single day is misserble he doesnt want to put any care into the sandwiches.Today He gave me a non preheated chicken teryaki sandwich i knew something was wrong he heated my sandwich up for secs .. secs .. same exact time he had the bread toasting for .. instead i belived he knew what he was doing and gave him tge benefit if the doubt.. Instead he didnt in fact he gave me a cold sandwich that was suppose to be hot.. it really wasnt that hard jus to keep it in the oven for a few extra minutes no ones else was even on the line .. i ate the first half of the sanwich hoping it wasnt all uncoocked but it was .. the other half i will have to heat up home .. instead of causeing i scene i jus will never ever return.

This place is not great. I ordered a footlong club and the roast beef smelled off (who puts that on a club anyway?). The staff regularly move back and forth with the Carvel, and depending on who you get, they may or may not understand you well.

stopped in to get lunch and saw mouse droppings on the counter. And under the chips rack. The workers didn’t seem to care at all. They actually acted as if they didn’t know what we’re were talking about even after we pointed it out to them. The manager seemed to be upset that I told him about the droppings and suggested he hire an exterminator.

Disgusting. The food station was filthy and Their uniforms were just as filthy. Right after my sandwich comes out of the oven I ask him for lettuce. He proceeds to scratch his arm and then puts his hands into the lettuce. That was it for me, I just walked out. Never again will I go back in there.

Delicious, service was a little bit slow but they got the orders right!
