me and my boyfriend went in a couple weeks ago and a older man did our sandwiches and we told him what we wanted and he cut open my boyfriends bread first and hadn’t touched mine but went to grab my meat and i told him “that’s meant to be on the other loaf” and he said “yeah i know” and i said “not that one that’s open” and he just stared at me and then said “oh, i would have realized when i went to type it in” and then my boyfriend got extra meat so i asked as well and he said “this is gonna be like an $18 sandwich” when i asked. so i said never mind then don’t about it. he then went down to do my boyfriend condiments and after words said “are you gonna eat this all in one sitting?” and my boyfriend said “yes” and he stared at him and said “wowww” which is very very rude. won’t be going back to that subway if that’s how customers are treated and criticized.

This store has gone extremely downhill. I worked here in February of 2020. I was told I would be working the next week, and then a manager pulled me to the back and fired me because I wasn't "Learning fast enough" despite only working there for three days, each only four hour shifts. How could you expect me to learn everything in three days? Then I learned what they do is they hire two people at a time and only keep one. This situation in itself was terrible but not why I'm leaving this review. Every time I have eaten there since, and trust me I have a lot in the last three years, the veggies are always dry, and once one of my green peppers was literally brown and black. I called the store about it multiple times and when they finally awnsered I was told they wouldn't give me a refund because she prepped the green peppers and they were fine. The owner doesn't care about the customers and it really shows.

My son and I love the subs and pretzels but here lately when we've went the staff has been very disrespect, extremely rude, and honestly down right lazy. It's been different people but all of them have treated us like we're wasting their time. Not saying they should be perfect but a little effort and self respect with manners could get them better reviews.

Subway isn't my fave sub shop but it's the only sub chain in town...that said when I am craving a sub and don't want to drive I definitely pick this one over the other location in town...with the the main reason being at least you can get all the veggies you want at this one without having to say more like 10 times for each topping...if you say extra they give you extra and if you say a lot they give you a lot.

Good for a quick dinner after a busy day.

Jennifer acknowledged me but continued to stock instead of taking my order. Then when the other employee helped me because Jennifer walked off she threw the lids to the cold table down angry that she had to finish my sandwich while her co worker got my drink. Grabbed a nasty knife with dried up sauce to pack and fold my sandwich. I said no mam. You need to wash that. She got even angrier and threw the knife in the sink so hard you could hear it bounce. I asked her co worker to finish my food and Jennifer literally made a growling noise. Why is she waiting on your customers? The co worker was pleasant. August 2nd 510pm visit.

Can I rate a -1 star ? I am , due to work beside this location daily. As a convenience I often eat there. As in yesterday. So today I walk up and ask the employee for a fork. A 2cent plastic fork. She handed it to me . But then I was stopped by this woman claiming to be the owner. She said “ we don’t just give out our silverware to people” I tried to introduce myself and tell her that I am here often. She interrupted me to say “sorry we just don’t”. Well guess what that 2cent fork costed you a repeat customer . Not like I didn’t go back and buy a pack at Walmart. But wow it is just the principle. And it’s not silverware it’s plastic.

This location doesn't take coupons.
