Please do your due diligence as a consumer; the cashier over charged me. I ordered a ham, roast beef and cheese sandwich which was posted as $8.99 (half) on the board. I was charged for a pastrami roast beef and cheese— which was more. I immediately brought her to her attention which she then stated, “Two meats are all the same price.” Which in fact, it wasn’t. She gave me $1 back, which then obviously wasn’t enough either. A five star experience for me is from start to finish with the establishment, it started off bad, really bad.. but the gentlemen behind the counter and food most certainly make up for it.. On to the subs, boy oh boy is this definitely delicious, everything is fresh and plentiful for the price. The wait isn’t long, but parking can be an issue. I’d go back again to visit, would just watch the cashier more closely.
Such a cute little sub shop! The staff were very welcoming and happy to explain any of the subs that they offer. The turkey avocado speciality sub is what I got and it was massive! Very yummy great quality subs and a nice dine-in experience. Would come back again to try more of the many subs they offer!
Best sub place hands down, and best owner! Thank you for the amazing quality, great customer service, diverse menu, and overall greatness! Catering menu is great, such a great choice for our son’s party. Everyone enjoyed!! Highly recommend!
I’ll start with saying that the staff (at least the 1 behind the counter) was not very welcoming. We waited in line to be told “you have to order over there”; and then go back and wait on another line, which is the line to pay. Very disorganized. The quality of the food is ok (which I gave it 3 stars) but could improve. I ordered a half size which is way more than enough. Only problem is now that I’m eating the other half for lunch, the wax paper they used is IN my sandwich. It happens, I get it, but I feel like this place could be better.
I ordered a veggie wrap with chicken and it was super good. Grab a sauce with it because its not super flavorful. Ingredients were suuper fresh 😋 I also got a crumb cake which was 😕 yk. so If you want desert just go to delice next door.
Always an Excellent Sub. Great Bread, Good Meat to toppings ratio, a little light on cheese. Good Customer service over the Phone, I like the ease of sending an Email for my order. Delivery Drivers are friendly too. Order ahead, its usually at least an hour for Delivery.
I ordered my lunch during break, and I was disappointed. The speed was fine, and my server was friendly. The sandwich was very underwhelming. It was dry and bland, not enough condiments and too much meat. It's very expensive for a sub, but I just moved to Cranford. I love supporting local businesses. I may give them another chance. Hopefully, it's not in vain.
With my favorite local sub shop gone, this spot literally delivers via yelp, Door Dash, and Uber Eats. They lay their meat down thick and give me all the toppings I want with at least 14 choices. Of all their subs, I really enjoy #4 which is pretty much an Italian with prosciutto, capicola, salami, ham, and provolone. Then for more oomph, I add hot cherry peppers. I also like their hot and Spicy Italian which is pretty spicy to very spicy depending on who prepares it.
