Went there to grab dinner the place is quite packed in the evenings for the hibachi, was one person hence did not chose the hibachi , chose to have a prawn fried rice and the hot sake...the hot sake was really good , however the rice was very average, would love to try their sushi next time for when I'm there, looks like this place is known for their sushi and not their fried rice
Stix has always been a pretty decent spot over the years! The service is always top tier & the prices are pretty decent. However the food itself does lack flavor these days. Not sure what has happened in the flavor dept. however, I will give them 4 stars overall for their service & drinks.
The food was so over rated! we paid for 2 $50.89. The food it was ok at best. And there is a take out tax what the hell is that. I had the combo lo main noodles wife had the fried rice with shrimp. It was my first and last time.
I was seated right away and on a Sunday night around 6pm. Since I have never been there the waitress suggested the most popular items. I chose the Steak and Shrimp teriyaki hibachi which came with generous portions. It was my first time trying the ginger salad, so good!!! My daughter had the bluff city roll which she said was SO good!
Went today for lunch, table of 4, it wasn’t crowded and there seemed to be plenty of staff running around. When the food was ready, everyone’s order except mine came out. There were a few errors, one order came out chicken vs beef but we didn’t complain. They ate, I waited, they finished….we waited for mine. About 20 mins after, half of my order came out on an appetizer plate. We just had to laugh. Will never go back, terrible service.
Delicious food, friendly wait staff. It was the end of the night but the restaurant could have been a little cleaner. I had the Diablo shrimp hibachi, it was quite delicious. Just my personal taste, the shrimp could have been a little more spicy. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely suggest this place when you're in collierville.
Okay so I have mixed reviews about this place, the service was awesome, but the food was bland with no seasoning (asking my other 6 guests in the process). Definitely needed more sauce on the side. Rice was undercooked & sad to say there was a hair in my nephew’s food 😟 the waitress instantly corrected it, but the food no bueno for me. 1st impression not a fan but I don’t think there will be a next time.
The food was better than expected, seasoned and plentiful. The cooks were great too, I gave service a 3 because our server was nice but yet seemed nervous or preoccupied, we waited a long time for everything we asked for.
