My family of four (4) had dinner here when arrived only had 4 employees working. We were instructed to order at the kiosk, pay and then sit down at the table the dine in area was clean and so where the bathrooms. We waited about 15 minutes for food it came out hot and fresh. The Milkshakes were delicious! Exactly how we ordered our food. I appreciate the two employees that were still there when we left I thank them for coming in today and working their shift nowadays it isn't easy working short staff but they were rock stars!

This is by far the best steak n shake in a 60 mile radius. I've had managers of other steak n shake locations yell at me and tell me how I ordered my food incorrectly when I order the same always. This location has no problem understanding no cheese, plain and no seasoning thank you. Comes out perfect at this location no matter who is working. Kudos! I'll be back again and again!

I tried to eat here today...twice. First time there was a long line at the drive through and it wasn't moving so I left. I came back about an hour later and there was no one in line. Someone came on the speaker and said that they would be right with me. I gave up again after waiting about 7 minutes. I tried. I finally gave up on Steak and Shake and went down the street to Culver's.

I ordered through Doordash and ordered 2 triple steak burgers...they were perfect! I also ordered 4 bowls of chili and they were good...but I noticed that it no longer has meat...I buy it in the grocery store and it has meat...I used to buy it from them and it had meat! The "meat" has been replaced by an abundance of kidney beans...good...not the same! Unless you are avoiding "meat"... don't order. Food was hot and delicious. My only disappointment was the chili. Doordash *ACTUALLY* did a good job this time...Go figure... 😂. Thank you Tristan H!

Lunch hour on a Saturday. Only 2 people working and doing the best they can to not keep customers waiting. Why would someone own a restaurant and not care about this? Obviously the owner doesn't care or they'd be down here helping out. Is this just a tax write off for someone?

Tonight 07/11/2023 I was craving a shake. There is one near by me here in the villages fl. It was around 9pm when I went through drive thru. I know they close at 10 so they prolly are already cleaning so before I ordered I asked if the shake machine is still on if not it’s fine I understand. The lady talked to me with an attitude like it was a problem for me be ordering, even though she said it’s on. Made me feel very unwelcomed. Never in the villages have I felt like this . So I ordered but decided to leave due to how I felt . I know DQ near by closes at ten as well but I decided to go there. They welcomed me, and gave me great service and no attitude for me to order. Never again stale and shake and will spread the word around.

The burgers here are very tasty and loved the shoestring fries! What I didn't like was that there was no one at any cashier. You place your own orders, which is fine. But it seemed so un-impersonable and kinda cold. I witnessed an elderly couple come in to eat. No one at the counter. Not one person came up to them. The gentleman was clearly confused on ordering. There were workers behind the counter but no one paid attention. I thought for sure they would get some kind of help. Before you knew it, they were gone. I felt so bad for them. I would have gone up to help but I thought for sure someone behind the counter would have stepped in and took notice.

Had a gift card in my iPhone wallet and their system wasn’t set up to use. Said I had to use online which I don’t order through. Will never buy gift card again. What good is it if can’t use.
