It's been a long time since I visited a Steak 'n Shake. Based on this experience, I'll be back sooner. I forgot how good their steak burgers could be. I enjoyed the shoestring fries and my delicious chocolate shake needed a spoon because it was so thick.

I don't know about your food. I don't patronize stores that have card only options. This is to replace humans with machines. I walked out and will never return. Your employees seemed shocked. They must be public school educated 😂

I'll never go inside to eat ever again and don't recommend it for anyone who wants actual service. There isn't any service anymore 😕 You place your order on a kiosk and choose where you want to sit. Then you get your own drink, and they call your name to pick up your order. As far as the atmosphere goes, it's very somber, and not very many people dining in at all.

Came to Steak and Shake with a big group. The only way to order when we were there was by kiosk, but they were very easy to use. Food came out fresh and hot and in a timely manner. For some reason, this location was showing as "temporarily closed" on Google, but it's open and was worth the stop. Parking and re-entry to the highway was easy!

So I have not been to a steak and shake in a while. It's all self service. There is no environment and the people making the food are not the nicest. 3 out of 5 for the food because the cheese was cold for the fries which made the fries cold. My garlic burger was good but the kids did not finish their food they said weird taste. Wish this was a better experience.

Had a great experience at this Steak ‘n Shake. Stopped by driving home from Illinois to Oklahoma. It was about 10:30am and we hadn’t had breakfast, so we did an early lunch. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The food came out fast and was fine. The frisco melt could have used a little more sauce. It was pretty dry. Other than that it was good!

I prefer the dining experience of other Steak and Shake restaurants. Kiosks and getting my own drinks are what all fast food places offer - Steak and Shake is usually a step above. The restaurant was clean, and the staff personable, but not what I've come to expect from the brand at this particular location.

Used the drive thru for shakes. Taste was good but the shakes were melted.
