Store looked like no one sweeps up, saw lizards and a roach running around. Fries were cold and my burger needed remade 3 times til it was done right. Employees dont seem to care about their jobs and managers are etremely rude. I wont be eating here again.

The food was great, but ever since Kiosks were installed, it lost it personal touch. You basically do everything yourself and then at the end it really ask for a tip...... I know you can refuse, but that shouldn't even be there in my honest opinion. They cut the menu down to nothing. I miss the spaghetti, it wasn't the greatest but I dont always want to eat a burger. Other than that, the little service I get is great and so is the food. This used to be a great place to enjoy a meal, now its almost like going to McDonald's or BK.

Took my daughter out for a treat for doing good in school and the whole experience was bad. I had to order at a kiosk. Then I had to get the order myself, no service there at all. And they want a tip.. for what? When the milkshakes came out both are in regular cups and regular flat lids and I asked a lady there and she said oh they just come like that. I said what about the glass. Oh we don’t do glass anymore. Walking out there was a milkshake glass by the trash can. So $10+ for two small milkshakes and the lie they told. I used to love coming here but not anymore. This place has completely gone down hill.

I have been going to this steak n shake for the past year. This is by far the best burger place in the area and i might sound crazy because usually steak n shakes are ran horrible. I havent had one bad experience here. Has to be the management. Absolutely phenomenal place. Staff is very good as well. Owner and management is top notch because usually steak n shakes suck. But not this one.

It wasn't too busy so it was nice and quiet, the food was always good, and the staff was nice and didn't pry too much or bother us while we ate.

Came for a late night burger left with a wonderful experience. Kyra was super helpful as we figured out the kiosk and made sure we where happy with our food. Double thumbs up!

I recently visited Steak 'n Shake and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff that made me feel welcomed. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. I especially enjoyed the classic Steakburgers and the hand-dipped milkshakes which were the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, I highly recommend Steak 'n Shake to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Very different no servers feel bad for them. Mobile order on app is slower than the in store kiosk. Noore jalapeno crunch not happy about that. Had regular burger still good.
