DO NOT EAT HERE on Monday the 11th 2023 the Gm at this restaurant talked with me a shift manager that’s food certified an tried to tell me I put this in my owe food an cut my owe gums he didn’t care he didn’t try to help me he didn’t do anything all he said was nothing like this is in there store an hung up on me if the item I explained is not in your store so you don’t know how it ended up on my food . SO SOMEONE DELIBERATELY PLACED THIS RANDOM CAP ON MY BURGER If this little cap is not even located anywhere in store at all . I order from them a few times a week because we love steak an shake I grew up always dinning but never again will they get my money
Quick service, clean and the food was really good. Love the milkshakes. The prices are good. The fries are my favorite and adding the fry seasoning is delicious. Milkshakes are large enough to share.
I would like to thank the manager who kicked the entire dining room out at 10 so that they could be out of here at midnight and I would like to thank them for not even a half of a container of large fries which was paid extra for along with our cheese cup that was paid for that we had to ask for. A few people walked in after us where he put a sign on the kiosk and said I hope it's to go because you're all out of here. This is at 9:45. I just got my food at 10:14 to leave and it's still wrong
Both the food and service were great. I had a group of 12, we were well accommodated. The dining area could been better maintained. It was not terrible, as some places are. The tables and benches where we sat as a group, needed to be wiped down. Other areas appeared to be fairly clean.
Even though it was late evening, we received amazing service in the drive through! The staff made our five delicious milkshakes so quickly we were amazed. Thank you to the dedicated staff! We look forward to visiting this Steak and Shake again.
Good spot for a quick meal. Usually the drive through line moves slow. We went around 9pm so not too many people were there. Dine in is now ordered through ipad kiosks and you go up and get your food when it's ready. It did not take long for the food to come out. Not super expensive.
I always have a pleasurable experience here. Even though they don't have servers the kitchen staff is super nice and helpful. Plus they brought chicken back BABY!
My sandwich was not fresh. The onion rings were overcooked so hard that the onions were stuck to the breading. The burger was not centered on the bun, and it was prepared sloppy. The outside of the restaurant was very clean. This visit solidified my "no more fast food" campaign.
