Ate here a few times the food comes out quick and warm, but some burgers are slightly bland while others are not. Prices are good. The shakes are good. It's not a bad place for a quick bite.
The food was good. Burgers were done, onion rings nice and crispy, shakes had plenty of toppings and flavor to them. When you go to Steak n Shake there are NO waitstaff. You put your order into an electronic kiosk and then pay. The options for food have decreased drastically and prices have gone up. After placing your order, you find your own table and wait for someone to holler out your order for you to go pick up at the counter.When your finished with your meal, you have to do the clean-up. If I wanted to do everything myself I'd have stayed home and cooked or gone to a fast food place! Let's just say I was unimpressed by the new system they have here and will not be making a return visit.
What I assume is the manager was storming around the kitchen cursing and slamming things real loud... i didnt catch his name but he's like balding on top with otherwise long hair. Ive worked customer service for years and never would that have been tolerated.... my advice? Hire a new mgr.
CHICKEN FINGERS ARE BACK… for double the price. Used to be part of the $4 menu it now costs $8 for a three tiny chicken strip meal. I mean I like the new process of no servers and I understand price increases but double the price for that. Don’t bother with the milkshakes I bought a chocolate one and it tasted real strange for chocolate.
Almost $19.00 for cold 3 pieces of tough chicken fingers?? Covered in a too thick tasteless paste. And a burger that stunk of old beef that it had to be thrown away. Never again. O omitted that I asked for Ranch declined both ketchup and salt..yep, no ranch, the salt and ketchup were also deep sixed I'm heading home to make something edible .
The manager is jerk.The way he treated the delivery guy,oml . They hand the poor delivery guy a messed up drink carrier it breaks in the parking lot,he cleans it up. Manager tell him he has to pay for it. If the manager could stop w his cell phone and be a manager this place would be much better. I'm done going there. This place was great we loved it. It's not anymore, customer service is awful.Such a shame. Love steak & shake.
Went there because I had a coupon and was thankful we went. We had a great server and the food was hot and fresh. The shakes were very good and well made. The parking was convenient and plentiful.
Yummy, as usual. The young lady in the drive-thru is super fast & friendly.
