It was Mother's Day and we were looking for some place to go that wouldn't be high volume. We decided milkshakes were in order. I hadn't been to Steak 'n Shake in quite some time, and that became apparent when we walked in the door. Steak 'n Shake used to be a full-service establishment, and since my last experience there that has most certainly changed. There were almost no other patrons in the dining room and so it was good that we had nearly the whole place to ourselves. Guests order by kiosk, now, and fountain drinks are filled by guests as well. It was a stark difference to no fault of the restaurant of course, but certainly a sign of the times. Employee Brenda added some personality and customer service in the way she announced food was ready by the name entered into the kiosk when ordering. She did a great job bringing her friendliness and enthusiasm to the microphone when she called for us to retrieve our items. Excellent way to carry out the humanness of the workers now mostly behind the scenes. She was a perfect representative and is in the right spot. All good things coming from her. Great energy. The milkshakes were satisfying. There weren't many modification choices as there ever used to be, but that is understandable with the change from full-service to kiosk ordering. Thanks to everyone there on the grill and behind the walls. You're doing great. Keep on keepin' on.

All these years I thought I didn't like Steak N Shake when really I just hadn't been to the right one yet. This location is the one! Burgers were 👌 Super flavored, thick, juicy and cooked excellently. Onion rings were perfectly big and crunchy. Fries nicely salted. The entire place was spotless! The staff was super friendly. They even call your order up in such a cute fashion. Also great ambience music. And you can't beat the prices. Highly recommend this location! Can't wait to go back and bring some fam and friends next time!

Been here for 15 years, after the business changed management or something a while back its been nothing but a downward spiral. Don't waste your time here, you'll be lucky to come out without food poisoning. Filthy sticky floors with roaches before the pandemic, and then the audacity to reopen with basically 0 staff available outside the kitchen. Glasses constantly reeked of egg, burgers started tasting strange and funny, fries can hardly qualify as "fried" with the wet slop they give you, and service is slower than a snail.

Went there July 24, 2023 around 3:00pm. The food was okay, but the place was FILTHY! There was not one clean table to eat at in the entire dining room. I had to get a wet paper towel and clean a table myself before we could sit down. There were no other customers dining in at the time, so every single table was dirty or had someone else's garbage on it. The walls, floor, any surface visible was filthy. Food on the floors, table, garbage areas. Wall were smeared with I don't know what. Entirely GROSS!

Was traveling through Florida and had never been to one before. Figured let's try something new. Wife got the Frisco Melt and I got the triple. Neither really had much flavor. The Frisco had WAY too much butter on the bread. The fries were soggy shoestrings. The establishment itself was kinda run down. But the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The food was good. Didn't get the extras added to food when ordering and paying extra for. Had to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before we were noticed. Not once ,but twice.😩

Ok for a quick stop. Place was literally empty inside. Everything needs to be ordered at the kiosk with hardly any person to person communication. Seems that is the preference of the staff. Not planning to return anytime soon.

Holy DIRTY! This location has always had issues, one of the reasons we stopped going here. Decided to give it another try and it was seriously horrible. Food and paper all over the floor. 80% of the tables were dirty. I know we are dealing in staffing shortages, but I would rather management close as needed instead of this disgusting display. Sadly you order at a kiosk and then find a seat, so we did not see the dining area until after we ordered. We will not be back!
