Breakfast Menu "Steak 'n Shake" Orange Park

We haven’t been to this restaurant in a while. We were taken back by the emptiness and loneliness we felt walking in. Gone were the hostesses and servers. A manager no where to be seen. There’s the cooks. They don’t greet. They direct you to the self service. From there you’re left to figure it out. You get your own cups. You seat yourself. In a very old fashion fast food manor you’re called to get your food. You clean up after yourself. I guess they solved the issue of short help by making the customer do everything, but cook the food. I could get it to go and get the same experience at home. Except at home I’d be more comfortable… the burger was alright. The fries barely room temp. The salt content on both was a bit to much for us. We are use to being able to order with no salt. Something we couldn’t do on the kiosk. We won’t be rushing back here anytime soon…

I would love to share my experience at Steak and Shake. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was very attentive throughout my meal. I ordered the steak burger and it was cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Overall, I had a great dining experience and I highly recommend Steak and Shake to anyone looking for a delicious meal and great service.

After waiting at the drive thru for 1 to 2 minutes to order food in total since. With lowered expectations, I drove around to the window to see if I could get some food ordered. At the window, the drive thru cashier apologized for the issue and took my order . Have to say whoever was cooking did a fanfreakin'tastic job. The burger actually looked better than the picture on the board, was hot, fresh, and had the perfect amount of condiments, and was delicious! Fries were hot, drink (shake) was great, service after the initial issue was exemplary! Hope they continue this trend!

Honestly, it's not my worst dining experience, but it was still far from good. The food could have been much better, but it was just bland with little to no seasoning, especially the fries with no salt. The lady calling out orders had a nasty look, and they didn't even put cheese on either of our cheese fries. I mean what are cheese fries without cheese? Probably won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend going here

Showed up at 10:00 in the morning for lunch. One word describes this restaurant filthy. There were fries and dirt and crud under every booth they were fries under the counter back in the cooking area there was grease piled up below the grill all over the floor and all over the shelf underneath. Gross

Although my grandkids like it here, the food lacks quality. We ordered hot dogs with chili, the buns were stale and the chili tastes like Hormel canned chilli. We ordered a banana shake which my family enjoyed and my granddaughter ordered a mint chocolate chip shake which she really likes their shakes. So I'm giving them a three for the shakes and atmosphere. Steak 'n shake used to have a great atmosphere of walking in and having someone take your order, but they've went to the kiosk method which is aggravating at best. So Steak 'n Shake is no more than a fast food restaurant at this point.

Came around the drive thru, they said “what can I get hot and fresh for you today” me and my husband ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 fry. We waited approximately 5 minutes at the window to get warm food 🤨 definitely wasn’t fresh lol

Great place for party... kids and adults enjoyed it... the service was great, the attendant we had was so accommodating and friendly. Checking on us, asking us if everything was good. Her name is Ms. Marissia, keep up the good work and smiling face. Makes us feel so welcomed. Stake and shake wells road, great job! Well done. Food was freshly made, milk shakes are the best. Two thumbs up
