Steak and Shake has forever changed. This new modern version is going to take some getting used to. My food came out good. However when it comes to service, that is a thing of the past.
Complete joke. Dirty place! Bathrooms smelled so bad! Service is a joke. I really can't believe they're actually open. Shakes are just like milk.
Sat at drive-thru for 30 minutes not a customer insight they didn't even have no customers didn't even get the place my order this is such a shame I am 48 years old been going to steak and shake since I was a kid they have never had this kind of customer and it's happened multiple fire the whole crew and start with new 😞😞😞😞😞 the worst service I have ever had in my life.at7:15 pm
This is no longer the steak and shake I used to know and love, in my opinion. You can't get an orange freeze, No more chili mac. The burgers are still good. No more waiting tables, you wait on yourself!!😡
As always S N S delivers. Same as I remember. I grew up on s n s have been going all my life. Once drove 2 hours to get to the closest location. Actually worked for them for about 4 or 5 years.
Food was decent, but the service was nothing like it used to be. Most of the seats and tables were dirty.
Food was great as usual. Service was quick and friendly. The inside of the place however was questionable. The floors were very sticky, tables left messy, and the temperature inside was super hot.
There was no service since you order by kiosk and clean up after yourself. The restaurant wasn't clean and the food was down from what it had been before. Won't be going back.
