Been a while since we had a meal here, Unfortunately, this will be the last. Not impressed with the ordering kiosk service, take the human nature away. Use to love to take the kids here !! Food was awfully and no Customer service!!
They no longer have wait staff. You order at a kiosk and seat yourself, pick up your order at the counter when your name is called. Ordered shakes after our meals to-go, looked NOTHING like on the menu (missing toppings/mix-ins) and tasted bland. We were on a 19hr road trip and just excited to stop somewhere familiar, but overall not worth it.
Onion rings are the worst Ive ever had. Fesco melts was 10/10. Combo #2 was nasty and tasted like dirt. Will not return. Shake Shack is far superior.
Service is was good. Our server was very professional and nice. Her is Jessica, she was great! On the other hand, bathrooms smell really bad. The kitchen floor where they prepare the hamburgers is dirty with fries every where. Employees walk on top of it.
It seems really sad that this restaurant has proven that "if you want something done right do it yourself." The service was improved by taking it out almost completely. And it still somehow fails at service. However the food is even better than it was before the change. And the accuracy of my order is the biggest improvement on the experience of eating here.
Great burgers, hot dogs, fries, milkshakes at very good prices. Staff very friendly. Toilet in men's room rather gross... so don't look in it before you eat... all in all, great quality and value.... highly recommended for non gourmet burger fans and families. Oh, bonus...kids eat free on weekends!
First time back in a long while and not really impressed with kiosk ordering. May take getting used to. AND so disappointed they no longer carry soup and salad. Chili and onion rings were great but just not my preference. Food was put up on counter quickly so service was still good.
They've changed to a pickup style/fast casual instead of a sit down restaurant. It's fine and service is fast but the food quality has gone down significantly. I've been coming here for years and don't plan on returning.
