The food was excellent. It was pretty busy, but the server was very attentive and even though it was busy they had the food orders moving so people were not waiting long for their meal. The manager came around and spoke to everyone to make sure we were enjoying our meal. She was great. Her personality was very outgoing and made the atmosphere very enjoyable. I can't remember her name though. I would totally recommend stopping.
As my family were passing through the area, we stopped in for some shakes and dinner. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy,we were met with smiles and enthusiasm and seated within a reasonable time. The shakes were awesome! Our server was very attentive providing service and made us feel like part of the SteaknShake family. Will definitely be back the next time we are passing through the area.

I’ve always enjoyed Steak n Shake so this time was no different. Had a burger w/ fries and a shake. The service was awesome. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were iffy but fine, they at least had a baby changing station. I would go back.
This location was pretty busy when we arrived and I could tell the cashier/waitress was doing her best to handle the volume of business as she was the only front of the house employee. She was friendly and helpful and we only ordered shakes which were both great!
I guess I haven't been to a S&S for a while, they had table service! And they had employees! And the order came out right! And the food was good (the chocolate shake was sublime.) Lord, do you know how long it's been since I had a fast food order that was good and right?
Tasty, great diner food with really good shakes. The Frisco Melt is a long time favorite of mine, especially with added bacon. Double check any drive through orders--it's not too bad but I've occasionally known them to mess something up.
Experience was amazing! Great food and atmosphere. It really is amazing how quick the service is, no matter what time you go in there it's never crowded which is awesome yet odd because the food is great.
