Breakfast Menu "Steak 'n Shake" Grove City

This place is awesome, just like Steak N Shake used to be, but counter service. Maury the hostess was impressive! I see her in management in the very near future. Happy we stopped here and gave it a chance!

I haven’t been here in years since I had a baby. I came today with my kiddo bc I thought it’d be a great space. It’s was clean. Staff was great. Food was good but when you come in, they make you order on a machine which was pretty stressful with a kid trying to run around, no more little cars or hats. Just a single paper to draw on. Food was done quick and everything happened so fast I accidentally ate too quick and got a stomachache. Probably won’t come back again but I’m glad I had a good last meal here. Def not the space it was when I was younger. It felt too fast paced for me with having a long day with a child. Wasn’t bc of the staff. Just seems to be the process.

Have you ever told yourself, I hate that I love this place”? Well yeah, that’s me right now. I’ve always like the food here and it’s as consistent as the burger titan we will not name. I’m so impressed with the service and quality for the money. The bathrooms are clean. Don’t take for granted a clean bathroom in a fast food joint. Specially when your happy place is using your fingers to eat. Who eats fries and burgers with a fork? …Gross. JK no judgment. But a clean bathroom to wash your hands can be uncommon in a fast food joint. Then the table service. This is what I see many fast food joints doing nowadays and it’s working. Keep it up! I also very much appreciated how servicing….. service-full (you insert work) Angelica was. I could already see someone you taking this the wrong way. I am just saying I’m used to a level of service from fast food joints but Angelica was more attentive than I expected. I had a question while I ordered at the kiosk and she waited around until I finished order to make sure I was good to go. LOVE! With the prices of everything doing what it does. It was really nice to ball on a budget and only spend $15. Can I leave tips at stake and shake? Hummm. All in saying is it’s a lot more than you’d expect from a fast food joint. I hate that I love it. Unfortunately or fortunately…. I will be coming back.

Food was great but the interior was oddly silent and there were barely any staff present. The one lady who was there was very friendly and kept checking to see if we needed anything else.

We stopped here on a road trip and had a food experience we expected. Burgers, hotdogs, fries and more are priced with value in mind. Steak n’ Shake is an iconic place to eat. Their shakes are delicious and voted #1 in a Zagat survey. The biggest change due to the pandemic is orders are taken at self-ordering kiosks. Large groups and the tech-challenged will/do create bottlenecks.

My Mom has been in the hospital for a week. We've been eating out a lot driving back and fourth to the hospital. Tonight, we ordered our food and it came out hot and fresh. We were tired and hungry. Two days before we spent over $50 bucks for 3 hamburger meals at Red Robin. This food was better, tasted better. It wasn't sloppy or messy. I called the manager to let her know what a positive experience we had there. She was extremely nice. I can't remember her name but we went through on 5/28/23 at 9:36 pm. Thank you for making our night a little better!

Order on a kiosk. Everything is self serve. Reminds you of a Johnny rockets or Shake Shack. Hot food. Smooth experience. Glad they are able to utilize their staff in the kitchen instead of worrying about the front of house also. Kudos to the new changes!

First time here to this particular location came in and placed a order too go as they no longer have tableside service inside the dining room was extremely 🔥 🥵 as the air conditioner wasn't working on this warm day. Waited about 10 mins for our food we both ordered the frisco melt mine had 🥓 on it which wasn't cooked enough for my liking and the fries were soggy but other than that are shake and our sandwich was decent overall recommend this restaurant establishment.
