User Reviews

Do not go to this location. People were walking in after us and getting served before us for almost forty minutes. I ended up walking to the counter and making sure they had actually received the order. Turns out the food had been sitting on a counter in the back by the grill for over twenty minutes. They somehow got both burgers wrong and gave us about a tablespoon of cheese for an entire “large cheese fries.” I never write these kinds of negative reviews but this experience was truly, unbelievably bad in every way. Avoid this location at all cost.

I love stake'n Shake it takes me back to old days, it's hard to get real burger anymore unless you come here. A+++

One of my fav burger joints. Sadly many Steak ‘n Shake stores were shutdown in the past few years including the one near my residence.

What has happened to Steak n' Shake? It has gotten so bad. I ordered for pickup and was told I had to come in; I couldn't go through the drive-through. There was nobody behind me but fine. I went in. My food wasn't at the takeout spot. I waited a while. The person making shakes kept looking at me through the window. She never said I'll be with you in a moment, or can I help you or anything. Finally, I asked the guy working the grill if he knew if my order was ready. He went and got it, and it felt light. There was food missing. He went and got the rest. When I got in the car, I grabbed a few fries. (That's the tax for me picking it up.) The fries weren't cold, but they weren't cooked either. They still had that raw potato taste. It's a shame. It used to be my goto place for fast food.

This is the first time going to Streak N Shake. Ordered a double cheeseburger with a vanilla/strawberry shake. The burger was very good and nicely seasoned. The two flavored shake was super yummy. Service was quick and food was served fast. Our server was super friendly and fast considering he was working the dining room by himself. He was so good, I left him a 100% tip. Will be going back soon to try some of the other different flavored shakes.

First, I find it ridiculous that the kiosk actually asked if I wanted to tip. Really, you have to order through the kiosk and get your own food now. They were having issues even though there were only 8 people there. Food was subpar, and my cheese burger was raw. Not a good experience. That Aurora location is so much better.

Been here during the pandemic when it was drive through only and that took a long time to get through and get your food Now they are open and you order at a kiosk as there are no servers or anyone at the counter. You order to go or stay in. They'll call a number out for your order and you'll go get it and sit down (or carry out) When placing your order on the kiosk, it will bring up a tip screen if you want to tip (you can select not to tip). I suggest getting it to go even if you are eating in if you have kids that don't always finish everything. It'll save you time from having to get someone's attention as the workers have their backs to you or their heads down so they won't notice you if you're at the counter to ask for anything. Food is okay though the fries were very salty for my taste. I was there with 2 teenagers and an eight year old and it was just over $40 for two doubles with fries and shakes, a kids meal with a mini shake and a sandwich with fries and a bottle of water.

Went here for lunch with my brother and cousins, got a garlic double, fries, and a mint oreo shake. Food was good, though the shake could have been mintier. The problem came with payment. The kiosks wouldnt take my gift card, so I asked one of the employees to ring me up at the register. She then claimed that my gift card had no money on it. It had over $100 on it, and I knew it, so that was a blatant lie. Either their register wont work with gift cards, which is a problem, or she was trying to steal it, which is a bigger problem. I ended up placing the order online. Once my order was done, rather than put it on the online order pickup shelf, she took it to the back and was staring at me through the window hole and chuckling. Eventually a kitchen worker asked if I was waiting on anything, and i finally got my food. Whoever that lady was is extremely rude and clearly had malicious intent. I believe she was working the drive thru as well. This happened on July 9th around 1:30 pm. Will not be returning to this location.
