Strawberry crepe: not recommended. Strawberry syrup/puree tastes too sweet and artificial. Blueberry pancakes: great! Soft and fluffy Omelet: great! (can't remember which it was) Nice workers. It's in the middle of a shopping center so ambiance is nothing special. We went around 10:30 am on a weekday and about half the tables were taken.

Amazing brunch spot! I really enjoyed my crepes 🤤 the chicken fried steak was so good! The best I had so far! I recommend this place and I will go back to try their waffles 🧇!

We came at 10am on a Sunday and it was quite busy already. I reserved a table outside while my husband ordered. That took about 15 minutes then once he sat down it took about another 15 minutes for the food to come so not too bad. He ordered the Denver omlette while i got the Nutella Banana French Toast with two eggs on the side. Overall the food was great. The omlette came with some green sauce that wasn’t too spicy but very flavorful. The Nutella Banana toast certainly filled my sweet tooth craving no syrup needed lol. We didn’t know the drinks are prepared pretty much after you order but an employee was nice enough to grab them for us. Overall I definitely recommend but if you come after 10am be prepared to wait.

Their Kalua Pork Eggs Benedict was great and very reasonably priced. There was no line and it wasn't crowded at all when I went. The staff was friendly and they got the food out pretty quick.

Meh.. this place serves Hawaiian fusion brunch and they closed at 2pm. The line was long and the seating is very limited. However, their price is reasonable. The food overall is just ok, nothing that really stands out. Certainly, not worth it for a long wait in line.

Stacks serves casual breakfast or brunch food with Aloha vibes. The menu is diverse, ranging from pancakes to classic Hawaiian plates like Loco Moco and Kalua Pig. Some highlights: Loco Moco - having lived in Hawaii, this is my favorite local dish, and they do it pretty well. My only gripe is that the patty usually comes out overcooked. The fried rice as a base elevates this dish to the next level. Corned Beef Hash - minced corned beef and potatoes seared to crisp thinness. It's hard to go wrong. Pancakes - their banana and Macadamia nut are solid choices, but the deep purple ube pancake sprinkled with coconut and covered in purple condensed milk is a fun, tasty alternative. Their coconut syrup goes great with other pancakes. French toasts - the cereal french toasts are very instagrammable and tasty. With that said, I'm a savory brunch gal so these aren't my go-tos. Other memorable and interesting dishes include the Kalbi plate, hibachi meats (reminds me of Benihana back in the day), and Kalua Pig Benedict. The food is consistent, the prices are average for Irvine, and there is a good amount of outdoor and indoor seating. You order by waiting in line by the cashier up front, take a number, and wait at your table - they'll come find you. Avoid a long wait by coming early or on a weekday off-lunch hours. A reliable staple for when you want classic brunch with an Asian flare.

The food was delicious, especially if you're looking for something a little different from typical American breakfast. (Which you can still enjoy there) This place has Hawaiian options, including the Spam. The indoor area was packed, and the line was long, but they were actually pretty fast, and there was plenty of seating space outside. I only wonder what happens on rainy days.

Had breakfast with my son and the food was delicious. The corned beef hash, eggs and potatoes 🥔 yum 😋
