The meal was great. Caught them in the evening with a store that was almost empty. The store was clean and my food came out fast and good. I had the pick2 with soup and salad. My only complaint is that they were out of the baguette. I was told they were thrown out. Not sure why that was the case🤔. Get you some..

Update - came here on Saturday for brunch, and it was rough. Drinks were not made until we asked them why they weren't done yet. A lady who made an online order waited for over an hour for her drinks. Also got the size of our drink wrong. Didn't have it remade coz we would have waited again... Croutons on the greek salad were stale, and it took forever to get the rest of our food. Also placed an online order for a bagel pack, and after 30 minutes, we asked them why it wasn't done yet, was just told they were out of bagels and we'd have to wait 40 more minutes. Had to ask them to cancel it instead. They could be more organized. They're not understaffed, there were a lot of employees, but some were just standing around not doing anything. ‐-------- They don't always call out when your food is ready. We ordered smoothies, and we had to ask for them coz they didn't include it with our food. The smoothies were already melted when we got them - they were done before the food, but didn't call our names to pick them up.

The staff is always friendly enough, but it takes more than 20 minutes each time I go with just 2 or 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Today, I spent $12.50 for a half sandwich and cup of soup because my order wasn't checked for accuracy, and the receipt wasn't completed so I didn't know who to tell about the issue. Needless to say, I want everything I order when I overpay for food. I always keep my order as simple as possible as to not cause unnecessary stress to the staff.

Ambiance is everything to me! Great breakfast meal coupled with hazelnut coffee and service with a smile 😊 is always appreciated!

I just want my order to be ready for once. I’ve come over 10 or more times and it’s NEVER ready, or once someone had taken my order off the shelf and I had to wait for them to remake it. It’s just never a good experience for me here. I will Drive all the way out to Bridgeton, just for a different experience! I guess they can’t help they’re understaffed. Maybe set different expectations. Don’t send me a message 7 min past my pick up time telling me it’s running late. Duh, at that point. I see you’re trying, so I have an extra star.

DAMARCUS IS AMAZING! HE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL FIND AT A RESTAURANT! I NEEDED SOME BREAD THAT MAY HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE IN A BLESSING WAY! S/O TO HIS AMAZING CO-WORKERS TOO! GREAT PROPLE!

If could give them zero stars I would! There’s nothing but childish mentally workers there, Today 05/29 at 830 am while in drive through I asked for an over easy bacon and cheese sandwich. Before pulling off I checked the sandwich and it was a scrambled egg, no one apologized saying sorry for the inconvenience they literally just took the bag back while rolling their eyes, and returned to the window with my money, I asked if they could make the sandwich I requested they said no, it was clear that they just didn’t want to, (which was probably a good choice because their attitude gave mess with peoples food). Moral of the story though, is that no one asked you to go into work but if you’re going to rather your night before or how tired you are, be polite show that you care about what’s happening when it comes to Customer Service, it’s a privilege to work ! Tricks will always be for kids ! Thankfully the one on St. Charles rock rd took great care of me .

…I am so tired of going to places and spending my hard earned money to receive mediocre service…and that is being generous. Please explain to me why the drive-thru is closed but I walk in to order and it’s at least 6 people staffed that I can see and it’s one person sitting down!! My guess is…tell customers the drive thru is closed and most will pull off because the drive thru is designed for convenience. THEN…why is my soup being heated up in the microwave and it was warm at best. Makes me feel like something is being done to my food. People DO NOT come to work to work anymore!!! I will NOT be back to this location!!! STOP closing the drive thru for NO REASON…There was NO customers in the inside btw. Not busy at all so WHHHHHHHHHHHHHY!!! SO Annoying!
