We enjoyed an excellent lunch at St. Elias Brewing Co. We had a gyro and a chicken ranch hot sandwich with salads. Kim especially liked their Island Girl drink. Service was great, and the atmosphere was fascinating to see. We'll be back whenever we're in town.

Good beer and good pizza. The sampling was good, and the pizza was great. Prices are good compared with other places. Staff were really good.

What a great place! We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the brews were really good but my favorite part was the pizza! Very good stone fired pizza with a super crust! I had the Brewmaster pizza with pepperoni, sausage, sliced sausage, carmelized onions, and marinaded mushrooms. So good! Wife had Hawaiian pizza she loved and our friend had a sandwich she loved. Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! Service, great. Food, great. We had the artichoke and fish with mozzarella cheese bread for an appetizer, delicious. Salads, and then the Mediterranean pizza, delicious. And the beer is all good. If you find yourself in Soldonta, AK, stop by St. Elias Brewery. You won't be disappointed.

Good food, good beer, good atmosphere. All over the map decor and welcoming service. Will be returning.

Good, better, best. As soon as you walk in, the good smell of the food hits you right in the face. My first thought was is this a brewery or a pizza palace because I came to drink and try the beers but the aroma of food was overwhelming. We sat down and ordered the beer sampler to get the night started and it didn't disappoint. The beers were great, but im glad I got the samples so I could find the ones I really liked and wanted to drink instead of guessing and not being a huge fan of one. Then our food came out right as we were finishing up our beer samples. Let me tell you, the smell walking into the front door wasn't a let down or misleading, the food came out amazing. By far one of the best pizza's I've ever had before and paired great with the farmers brew I was drinking. Walking in good, beer made the experience better, but the pizza was the best. If your ever in the area and are looking for a beer or a pizza, stop in and try one or all of their choices. It will be worth it.

The beer is mediocre at best, and the service is slow out of the kitchen. I ordered the tri-tip appetizer for my meal and the other 3 at the table ordered pizza. By the time I got my tritip they already had their pizza in boxes. I had a conversation with the manager who could not have cared less. Seriously, if you go, be prepared to take what you get because they don't care if your food is wrong or cold.

What a great brewery! From the outside it doesn’t look impressive, as soon as I walked in though I couldn’t stop saying what a great vibe this place had. Loved the decorations, the music, everything. Service was fantastic, food was good, beer was delicious. Staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. My only complains? Limited menu. I get it, they seem focused on pizza and being on Keto… not so much!
