We went there multiple times to celebrate our friends birthdays. Every time we went, we had an amazing experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. The service is very quick and the management is very accommodating. The food is worth trying. Every dish we tried left the wow taste in our mouth.

Pretty good food. I like the combo between Chinese & Indian. The dishes were flavorful and well seasoned. Recommend the shrimp or fish dishes. Good quality! Dishes are a bit expensive though & some don't come with any rice or sides

I recently revisited Spice Culture with a friend after a long hiatus, and I must confess that indulging in gluttony, the one sin I can commit without guilt, found its perfect haven in this place. The culinary experience offered here is truly top-notch, although I must mention that the ambiance has somewhat diminished since my last visit. To my dismay, I discovered a layer of dust on the dividers between tables (please refer to the attached photos). It is imperative that they be cleaned regularly, given their close proximity to the food and water. We savored the delectable Chicken Angara Kabab, which boasted an incredible taste. However, the chicken itself was slightly rubbery, reminiscent of frozen chicken. Biting and chewing it proved to be a challenging task. On the other hand, the Roti and Laccha Paratha were freshly made, offering a delightful flakiness that pleased our palates. Regrettably, the main entree, Paneer Bhurji, was excessively oily and lacked the desired flavors. Although the quality was commendable, it failed to deliver on taste. In conclusion, while the overall experience at Spice Culture remains enjoyable, it is essential that the establishment promptly addresses the issue of accumulated dust, as it poses a significant sanitation concern.

Delicious food in a comfortable setting, with attentive service. Chili paneer seemed a little hard. The vegetarian dumplings, vegetable Rajbogh, vegetable biryani, veg fried rice, and the bread basket were all very satisfying. Friends tried the Malabar fish curry and said it was tasty but softer than expected. Enjoyable cocktails and liquor options. Would go again.

Waited for 1hr to get a table but the food was worth the wait. Tried chicken-65, pepper chicken, schezwan fried rice and Atom bomb. All items were medium spicy and tasted good. Items are priced competitively same as other Jersey restaurants. Good ambience for fine dining and we were lucky to catch the live Bollywood songs. Atom bomb and chicken-65 are must try items.

I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say it was a delightful experience. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Edison, and has a cozy ambiance that's perfect for an intimate dinner or a gathering with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my dining experience was a pleasant one. The menu at Spice culture is extensive, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. I started with the Gobi Manchurian, papri chaat , which were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor but were a bit spicy. For my main course, I tried the malai kofta (was good),butter chicken , methi malai(OKish)and garlic naan, which was excellent. The only thing we felt that was off were the drinks. They were very watered down. They have ample of parking space available

I had a nice lunch here, clean tables, plates, and Friendly staff , I enjoyed the crispy Lotus wheel , it was perfectly cooked and coated in tangy sauce, drums of heaven was well done too . Mutton Biryani was extremely delicious and had some Goff mutton pieces and not just bones. The server that took our order was pleasant and came regularly to check on us. I am rating it 4 stars since we waited quite a while for the Biryani . Plenty of parking spots available.

Went here to celebrate my daughters birthday. The food was spectacular. Half of us had Indian and the other half had Thai/Chinese. It was so delicious. Friday nights they have a live singer who was amazing. He even sang happy birthday to my daughter. Only thing lacking was a bit slow service but I will attribute that to all the tables being full and waiters running around to all of them.
