Train your staff on food allergies 💔 I traveled with a friend who is gluten free (for real not by trend) and was excited to see the online food pamphlet which indicated what food she could consume. We went up to the drive thru and she opted for a grilled chicken, the worker told her they no longer have it on the menu. She proceeded to ask what was available that was gluten free and he replied “I’m not sure”. Come on, you work taking orders all day and you mean to tell me you don’t know your menu? Sonic TRAIN-YOUR-STAFF.
Waited 20 min before I could order and there were only 2 cars ahead of me then when I got to the kiosk to order they asked to wait as they had orders ahead of me. 15 min later nothing. Finally after almost 20 min someone took my order. Got the window and received the wrong food. I asked for my correct order, then got attitude and was told it would another 10 min to get my drinks and food. So an hour later I got my food and guess what the drinks were wrong. Will absolutely not be returning. What a joke, honestly should’ve left. Super frustrating to wait that long and still not have the correct order 👎🏻
Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen! We had to move to three different stalls just to get our order taken, and when we finally got helped, the little girl was having two conversations at the same time....Very annoying having to repeat everything three times...PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
Only put 1 star because I can’t put 0, I put in a order ahead of time and then went down there to pick it up. When i got there i had to wait 15 minutes before they responded to me. Then when i get home i see im missing a burger and a drink, like how do you even miss 2 big items like that!? Then i see they dumped my tots into the bag completely loose. 0/10 don’t come here! Forgot to add that i was given attitude when i called to tell them that they forgot basically 1/4 of my order!
Worst service ever. They couldn't get my order right so when I went back to get what I wanted they had me jump thru 10 hoops just to get what I actually ordered. Then the lady in the drive thru was very rude her name was Catalina, she acted like it was my fault she messed up the order and talked down to me for it. I'm sorry if you don't like your job I just wanted what I ordered
Terrible management, Think her name is Michelle, She's mean to all her employees, and because of that the quality of everything is terrible. People can't cook and clean properly under the rule of a tyrant. Will never take mine or my families busy there ever again.
We ordered while driving. We did not get any food but we did get drinks. It was a quick pull up and they serviced fast. The whole family was very satisfied.
No kidding but the drive thru took at least 45 minutes it was terrible. Staff did not apologize for the slow service. Not coming here again.
