This store is great. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is...when someone orders a Sonic Blast...make sure that not just the top half gets the add ins. Never fails. I get one and by the time I get to the middle (which is a while...I'm a put it in the freezer and eat it later person) its always just plain vanilla ice cream the rest of the way down. And yes I do try and stir it myself.
I absolutely love the food here but the service is painfully slow and rude. Selected a pick up order for 12:05, didn’t even hear anything about it being “almost ready” until 12:14. Food is good, but it’s so so so slow. Plus, I’ve never had a positive customer service experience here. Insane attitude for asking for sauce or asking for your order be ready within 10 minutes of the promised time. Like I said, love the food, hate the service. Update; got my food 14 minutes after promised time and it was cold. Didn’t get to eat any because I had to clock back in to work because of how long it took to get my order. I’d love a refund but I didn’t have time to sit and ask for one. Drink was good at least.
The food is good and all but the worse parts come in when you order on the screens outside when you press the red button if it turns on you order then it will probably not let you pay and you can’t go inside the restaurant so when you get your order and if your paying with card you have to tell them to put the order on the screen the service is slow food is good
They always close early,I don’t know if is the lack of a manger and just a bunch of kids working there that just want to leave early.The West Jordan location. They are always closed an hour early and screw up you’re order definitely don’t recommend.
My co-worker and I have come to this store for breakfast over 2 dozen times over the last 4-5 month. The breakfast Toaster has been great. Good amount of egg and the bacon that is not paper thin. Makes for a good filling breakfast. Would also like to give a BIG shout out to Ashley M who greats us with a smile and so pleasant.
I went to the West Jordan Sonic drive-in and I ordered a footlong chili dog, with tater tots, and a large lemonade. Paid almost $10 for the meal. The food tasted old, borderline rancid. The chili barely had any flavor, same for the hotdog; the tater tots tasted kind of rancid, had a bad after taste. Even the lemonade tasted terrible. I've tasted better lemonade at other fast food places that were a lot better. I hadn't been to a Sonic Drive in in a long time. It will be another long time before I eat there again, if ever. Yuck! and a waste of $10!
Officially the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I ordered the chili cheese dog with the tots and the dog tasted like it just came out of the fridge. The tots were hard as a rock and the drink was flat with no flavor. To top it off the person working there asked me for a tip. Unbelievable, I will never go back.
I don't understand why they have a drive-thru when they don't have a window???? The staff member just said to "pull up" but didn't explain to where so we could pay and get our food. Just took off to go somewhere normal. Don't have a drive-thru if you don't actually have a drive-thru window.
