Sonic is awful. I ordered a large sauced popcorn chicken and this is what they sent. They are just as disgusting as they look. Old, dried up, small and hard. If you can't hire good employees at least hire a good manager to lead them to become good employees. They clearly don't care. And the pictures are before I started eating, not after!
Poor experience. Food substandard. Service was bare. No coffee was available for the morning. Tomato found outside my burrito, and no tater tots inside burrito. Honestly it's what I know is a great meal at Sonic locations that actually try. Tots on the side were the only decent thing.
We did the drive in. They couldn't hear our order because too much laughing and talking inside among employees. Our burgers didn't taste fresh and had microscopic piece of lettuce and toppings. Our tots were barely edible. They were like they were refried several times. We will not go back. I don't know how this place stays open.
I went through the drive thru. I ordered a number 2 on Texas toast, only pickle, and cheese with tots. The drink was supposed to be a strawberry lemonade. It was not good, so I asked for a strawberry limeade instead. It was returned full of sprite no strawberries. The tots were overcooked and the burger had overcooked toast, pickles, cheese and mayo with a little lettuce. That is not what I paid for. I am not happy about this experience. I would not recommend until the problem is fixed.
I have never left a bad review but the customer service during my last two visits to Sonic on Margie Dr in Warner Robins, GA has been absolutely terrible. Both times while placing my order the employee could barely hear me due to the playing and laughing in the background from her co-workers. I do believe in making the best of having to be at work but not to the point that it interferes with business. Today we ordered two blasts and both had ice cream running down the side of the cups and were not offered napkins, I asked for them as she was handing my last one to me but she was too busy trying to get back to the party to hear me. I will be a while before I give this location another chance.
I showed up and ordered my food at the stall. 30 minutes later I pushed the red button again and asked about my food. The dude said it would be right out. 10 minutes later I left with no food and went elsewhere. I've had a few Sonics that weren't great but nothing like this ever. The smell of Pot was overwhelming but I thought at first it was just the idiots next to me. Now I'm not so sure.
My first The worst THEY forgot to add strawberries in the #snowball but the younger lady offered to remake, I declined because she was already short on staff
Food is pretty good. They didn't fully get my order right last time, but it wasn't a huge mistake so it was fine. I like the burger on Texas toast. They give pretty fresh food and nice service.
