The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months it’s locked from the homeless which is good but it was disgusting and there were no paper towels. It’s like the pandemics over so we can be slobs again and not clean stuff. It was disgusting especially for Roseville, maybe East LA it would be all right like that.
We came there today around 2:15pm to just get 3 drinks. We decided to use the drive thru , we were told over the speaker that they would be right with us. Well 15 minutes later waiting for the person to come back and take our simple order, they never returned. The cars were piling up behind us. I spoke again into the speaker but no answer. We then pulled up to the window and nobody there to help. We then proceeded to leave and never return. I wonder how this place operates.
I ordered a cheeseburger for my two year old granddaughter. It was $3.99 for a dried, burnt hockey puck on a bun twice the size. She couldn’t even bite through the meat! The chicken sandwich I ordered wasn’t much better, dried out and over fried and tough. Obviously both pieces of meat were under heat lamp for hours! Extremely dissatisfied with this location and the service we received, food was inedible and no cherry in the cherry limeade! Stay away from this trash hole!!!
One of their workers put a pepper spray bottle in the bag with my mozzarella sticks... I don't know if this is the new way of spitting in the customers food but I don't even understand why they would to my food when there was no altercation between me and the staff. I obviously threw the mozzarella sticks out because it was literally in the bag with the mozzarella sticks... and it's a pepper spray bottle. Why anyone would do this is beyond me.
My experience here today was good no issues or problems except I asked for no onions or tomato and it might of gotten over looked by accident. Food was good not great but it worked, my drink was a Cherry Slush w/Nerds the best drink My Super Fav!! Overall place was great and well maintained my food delivery person was Izzy she was nice and very speedy on the skates! Thanks for a good quick lunch much appreciated!!
Ordered a combo but only got the sandwich. Ordered 2 extra large strawberry limeade with extra strawberry and got almost none. The lady taking the orders got our order completely wrong. It was not the normal experience I've had at Sonic. I won't go back to this one.
I never leave reviews but I thought people should know they should avoid this place. Ordering spot smelled like pee. The guy cut us off before he finished taking our order. We had to go in to tell them we were not finished telling him our order. After waiting 15 min for our food I went back to check on our order but it wasn't ready. When they finally brought our order out the food was cold and we were missing food. Even drinks were wrong.
Just drove 25min to get food got all the way home to realize that they gave me the wrong order so after 50minutes of driving and waiting in a long line I had to go back again to get my food we will not be returning there were about 6 people in the drive thru and 6-7 people at the stalls and from what I could see 5 workers inside and they were restocking items when they should be rushing making orders not walking around restocking items that can clearly wait there was a worker slowly taking out the trash but yet took u 10minutes to even answer me at the drive thru?? So after almost 2 hours I finally get to eat me food that was cold no salt on my pretzel and my onion rings were burnt.
