Absolutely filthy dining area, no restroom, rude employees and rude managers made this pit stop a miserable one. What a disappointment. Would not return.

Service is the slowest. Since it has came to Palmdale, all the employees that there has been, all new management they have had, all the year's it has been there it has never been fast. Never expect it to b fast. It's the slowest service ever. 30 min minimum,even if the line is short. For a place that sells drinks and fried food, worst service. Even in n out is faster with the massive lines that they have. Like I said worst service ever.

Really disappointed. The food was cold, the chicken patty was rubbery and not fully cooked. I couldn’t eat it but I didn’t drive back as I already had drove 26 minutes from Rosamond to get this order. They barely put any lettuce or Mayo on your burger. Make sure to ask for condiments, I did not and my food was really really dry. The meat patty tasted weird as well, needs seasoning for sure. The drinks were good at least. Sad to say but even McDonald’s tops this .

Service was great! Ordered at Sonic in one of the stalls, and the service was in a timely manner! I've also ordered on line as well. And on line I e never had any problems! Food has always been ready, hot and on time?

First of all the bad: takes long to get food even when there isn’t a line to order. The good: the food is great and I especially love the drinks. Super fun because you can customize your drinks. You can put nerds in soda which is something I have never thought of but is fun and delicious. Food is good. And the people are always nice there. We love to go. A+ for customer service

I ordered two items, not even meals or combos… 2 ITEMS . It took them 36 minutes to bring it out 😭😭😭 I’m so disappointed … they need to hire more workers or set a time limit like 6 minutes have cars in and out.. working in fast food you see how ridiculous it is for other restaurants to not have any structure .. I hope the owners see this and finds better efficient ways to decrease the wait time. The customer service is good tho they were nice but their flaws are the wait time and the meat has no seasoning smh

Love the old school vibe and you can't ever go wrong with a Route 44 sized ocean water. Absolutely refreshing 😋

We came to Palmdale for a graduation ceremony and went through the drive-thru for a milkshake. The read out on the drive thru screen showed a different milkshake than we ordered so my husband told the employee it was incorrect. The employee assured us it would be the correct shake and that the receipt would reflect this. When she handed us the shake and receipt we were again suspicious because the receipt said the same wrong order that the drive thru screen had. My husband asked the worker again if this was the correct shake and she said yes. We trusted her and pulled away but quickly learned it was indeed the wrong shake. We had to get to the graduation ceremony we were in town for so couldn't go back for the correct shake. Then as I started to sip some, I became aware of a HAIR in my mouth. I pulled the hair out and found a hair that was a completely different color and texture than either mine or my husband's. It was so disgusting that I threw the rest of the milkshake away. I emailed Sonic to let them know of the poor experience and was given a generic response so emailed again and was eventually contacted by someone at the Palmdale location who said they would mail a gift card as we live in a different state and won't be back in Palmdale. This was nearly 2 months ago and the gift card hasn't been received.
