Service is a little slow for ordering ahead via the app but ice cream 🍦 out looking great and not melted. Server was nice and did apologize for the wait.

This was the absolute slowest sonic. The man working inside was hustling but with not much help from the others. The drive up lanes were mostly broken. We went to one that worked and pressed the button and waited for 15 minutes. Workers even looked at us doing so. Finally we went through the drive through which was 7 cars deeps and took 25 minutes. The shakes were all good except we were missing the caramel we ordered.

Half of the screens you order on do not work. I pulled up to a booth and pressed the red button. After 10 minutes of waiting and hearing nothing, I moved over to the next stall over and was able to order. Based on previous reviews, this has been an issue for months. Sonic has to solve this problem.

Attempted 3 times and all 3 times the wait was more than 10 mins before even placing an order at the drive thru…ridiculous! they don’t even speak to you thru the mic unless you say hello. Either hire more employees or become more efficient with the ones you do have.

Did an order on the app. It did not allow me to select a stall. So I went to 3 different stalls and pressed the red call button and no one ever came on the speaker. I drove through the drive thru and said I had an app order and they said I needed to go to a stall. I told them I was already at 3 different stalls and no one ever picked up the red call button. They did not seem to care. The manager was also not there.

Just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes for a 1 drink and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. It was not a busy day there was three cars total in the whole drive through line. Every time Steve is working it’s the longest wait ever. He wears gloves but proceeds to touch everything and then resume touching customers food. It’s disgusting. He took our card when it was time to pay and then held on to it for about 10 minutes. We asked for the receipt and we weren’t even given the correct receipt.

Sonic is my favorite hamburger joint. Not only for its great burgers, but for its tater tots along with it. You can't find a hot dog or a chili cheese dog in any other fast food menu. I also like their shakes, lemonade and drinks, as long as you specify light on the ice. Recently, However, The service has become very slow and uneven. I might wait twenty five or thirty minutes to receive my order. It also seems that about half of their order screens don't work and I can't remember the last time I got a credit card through their screens. It's just an impression, but perhaps they are giving too much attention to the drive through customers at the expense of the drive up customers. In any case, they need to speed up their delivery time 'cause I'm not willing to wait 30 minutes even for a good Burger.

Food is always really good but the owner needs to hire more people. This poor guy was running around on a busy lunch rush all alone. Take better care of your workers!!
