Two, out of tons of visits, this store has been decent. We sit for 45 min and they don't bring out the order. Then when they finally do they leave out part of it, then inform you they're out 15 min. later. The 2 visits that were decent they had almost no staff. Usually they're full of workers and STILL don't get the order out. Order on app, horrific, order at a stall, horrific, order at the window, decent. My food is ice cold because it's been sitting for 45 min.
Everything I got was good except the tots. You guys gotta clean the grease and stop cooking them so hard. There are not too many restaurants that sell tots, so the least you guys can make sure your tots are worth eating.
I haven't been here in awhile but when I went Friday night ( May 26th,23) ..I was disappointed in my order and the lack of . We ordered a banana split only to be told they don't make then anymore. What establishment known for ice-cream deserts do not make banana splits. So we just " settled " for a vanilla milk shake and 2 cherry lime aids. So , you order a Cherry Lime- Aid but it has not one cherry in the drink . They used to put 1 or 2 cherries which we always consider the extra treat. On top of the milk shake was just a drizzle of cherry juice where use to a cherry set. The drive thru line was very busy so I suggested that we pull to a spot and order and have them bring it out to us. Someone stated , don't do that because the employees inside will ignore you being there and make you wait even longer than the window wait. That explains why there was only 1 car setting in that area ......waiting .
Came by today after getting off work and getting kids from school, ordered ahead on the app everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The guy running all the food and probably cooking too was super nice and friendly. I know he's probably burnt out and tired but he's doing a fantastic job. Thank you! Fri 3/24 3:15ish
This Sonic starts off with a 5 rating just because they have a drive thru. The ice cream that I ordered was very good. I am a drive thru person, if you don't have a drive thru you don't have my business.
French fries had way too much salt on them and they stood my chili cheese dog up in the bag (2nd time ) so all the chili runs to one end
Waited over a hour for a online order. Had to get out of the car go to the door and ask for my order. Once home the order was wrong. They had orders going to wrong cars the whole time I was there waiting. Had them try to give me the wrong order 3 times.
The cashier was acting like she did not want to be there the line was very slow the outside of my sandwiches was leaking some kind of liquid and one of my sandwiches had a hair at the bottom of the sandwich.
