This place has really gone down hill. The trash cans were overflowing and all the tables looked bad. Everything needs a good pressure washing and paint. It takes a while for anyone to respond when you push the button on the speaker. Someone else got mad and left while we were there because they got tired of waiting. I got the chicken sandwich combo which, according to the menu board, was supposed to have mayo lettuce and pickles but they put tomato on it instead of pickles. I got the grape nerds slushy and it wasn't very slushy. It was mostly melted. Besides that our food was good and the girl that brought the food was very friendly and did a good job.

I am giving them 5 stars because of Ja'Lyn. This is my third encounter with her, and every single time, she has given exceptional service. Ja'Lyn is respectful and has manners!!! Give this young queen a raise!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not stop here. This is the worst fast food restaurant in the country. Ordered 4 drinks. Waited 40 minutes. Never got anything. Charging my card back.

They get my order wrong every .single .time🤦🤦. Then get mad at me when I ask them to fix it🤣🤣 I can't wait until robots take over every job hopefully they don't roll their eyes too!

Rude woman that took order, said she couldn't give me onions cuz there was no way to input, ordered root beer..no idea what it was tasted like wet cardboard smells, no condiments with hotdog

Had a nice lunch date with my wife. The food was good and we really loved it strawberry limeade.

First of all the wait was too long! Then we ordered tots with cheese for one of our meals that was missing! When we asked for the cheese , the manager told us it would be 60 cents for cheese. We showed her on the receipt where we were charged for the cheese. Didn't help! She continued to argue with us! Then we also ordered a burger with no tomatoes or onions, it had both as well as burnt bread for both of the sandwiches we ordered!! See picture! We will never return to this Sonic again!!!!
