Breakfast Menu "Sonic Drive-In" Conyers

The wait times can be grueling and getting service seems to be a struggle. 3 out of 4 of our order was correct. One of the blast was not mixed and the Reese’s were piled on top of the ice cream. Once our card was taken, we had to request our order status and card back after a 15-20 minute wait. Then our order was out in about 5 minutes. Overall we were here for about 30-45 minutes. The employees/servers were courteous and helpful when we interacted with them.

I’ve never been so irritated. Got all the way home for the food to look like this and have to be thrown away. I couldn’t believe this is what’s being served. Just close it down… horrible food quality for these prices

Slower than USPS, accuracy worse than an Imperial Storm Trooper, quality assurance is non existent. Sprite Zeroes has no syrup, tater tots were missing from the order, a Super Sonic Bacon CHEESE burger had no cheese. Had to wait 25 minutes after the order was supposed to be brought to the car according to windows delivery time selected in the app. We arrived seven minutes prior to app selected window delivery time. Restaurant does not answer the phone. Single star ratting is six stars too many, do not go to this location if you can possibly avoid it.

6/17/23 at 2:30 pm. I would give zero stars if I could because of what I just witnessed. Ordered my food and sitting in the line waiting to pay and the lady at the window is talking to the car in front of me. First of all, she doesn’t have on gloves and then she starts rubbing her nose, then she starts biting at the corner of her nails. I was grossed out and drove off. The owner and manager definitely needs to stop operation and go over proper food handling and cleanliness. I can only imagine what happens in the kitchen. Diners be aware!

Ordered 2 large orders of chili cheese tots and got them without chili 🤦🏽‍♀️ after patiently waiting for more than 10 min for just this. Seems like everytime it’s just getting worst and worst.

Why is it a minimum of a 35 minute wait for every item I come here to order? I cannot for the life of me understand how they are always slow! Anytime of the day the wait for your food is ridiculous

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Service is terrible. Ordered our food and 10 minutes later an employee walks out to our window and asks if we ordered. When we tell her yes, she asks what it was. When we tell her, she makes a face like a mistake had been made then walks away without acknowledging us further. Meanwhile, another lady pulls up to a stall near us in a car filled with kids and walks in to the kitchen. We assume she is an employee, and stays inside for about 10 mins then walks back out with her arms full of milkshakes. Not sure how much that pushed the drive thru line back but they appeared to have to wait a long time for food as well. We waited a total of 30 minutes for 2 meals. We tried to cancel our order and ask for a refund but no one would answer when we pushed the button. When an employee finally came outside to give someone else there order my wife had to flag her down to ask if we could just get a refund so we could leave but we were informed our food would be out in just a minute. Thankfully it did come out, though the food was mediocre at best. I dont know what is going on at this location but the staff needs training on customer service and food preparation. I wouldn't mind a wait if my expectations had been set from the beginning. Also if a mistake had been made that delayed my ordered, acknowledgement of that and a promise to make it right would have made this situation a lot better. I will not be returning to this location and I dont recommend anyone come here, unless you enjoy waiting for lukewarm food.

My complaint is the styrofoam cups and lids that won't stay on. I believe I had as much of my drinks (6 milkshakes) spilt in my car as there was left in the cup. But what we did have was good. Tried the new strawberry shortcake and it was delicious.
