This was byfar the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at this Sonic. We waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. I had been craving the bacon, egg, and cheese burrito for weeks and it was such poor service. The chili cheese hotdog my husband ordered was a conplete thrown together mess and the fries tasted horrible.
Slowest service ever! I don’t understand how you can have no people in line or at the stalls but still have me wait an hour!? HORRIBLE! Also why did I get a cup full of crumbs instead of tots. Never again smh
Please for the love of God - please close this location down or rescind the franchise from this owner. The staff needs retraining on basic customer service skills or just fire them completely and hire people that actually want to work. The service is extremely slow and the food is soggy and tasteless. When you place an order they act like you’re bothering them. I mean if we didn’t place orders then they couldn’t make money in order to be paid so their logic is highly flawed.
The chicken was over cooked. I asked that they put cheese on my sandwich instead they put mayo. Not happy spend $21.00 for a meal that I couldn't enjoy. This will not be a place I visit anytime should. How ever the lemonade drinks was awesome.
I try to give people another chance but this location is always slow rather you order ahead or not. Customer service is not good worker was very rude, instead of asking probing questions to see how they could assist before screaming through speaker only drive through is open ...I had already ordered in app and was simply following app instructions. I ended up buzzing again to get clarity on what they wanted me to do.
Sat waiting in drive thur to place a order at 9.49, no response. I drove around and parked. 2 employees sitting on the counter and the manager was no were to be found. She rudely gets on the mic a says drive through only. Lights are off in the drive through like they are closed. She said that her name was Lisa and the service sucked. Not coming back, I’ve been eating here for about 7 years and she was the worst.
Food was poorly made. It took forever to get our order even though the place was dead and there were at least 3 people working. The girl that took my order was impossible to understand through the speaker and didn't get our order right. If this was the first time that I ever had a Sonic burger then it would be the last time. I love Sonic burgers but this was a very very disappointing experience.
The absolute worst. Waited on the side for someone to answer only was a girl to say they don't work. Not a sign in sight saying out of order. Then waited on line for 45 minutes. Don't come on your lunch break you'll be late back to work. Poor customer service. First time back since 2015 because of a rubber burger. Will not ever return again.
