The food is very good, the people are normally very nice. But today when I went it was about 11:30am, now I understand that businesses get busy but that don't mean you have poor customer service to the customers, she rushed me I didn't have time to set my drink down in the cup holder before she was tapping the straws against my driver door. When your suppose to read the stuff back she was saying here is this, and this, and this. I feel like that was not appropriate. I have had a lot of good service from the Cassville location but it is always the same lady I always have problems with. Your suppose to make your customers feel like they wanna keep coming back not make them feel like that is always how they are going to treated.

This is a good Sonic. They are very fast with food prep and service. I tend to use the app and love the personal touch at the drive-in when you check-in. All of the staff I have interacted with have been excellent.

I have been coming here every Tuesday and for the past two months, including today they have got the orders wrong and still not getting it right. I ordered a New Grilled Cheese Double Burger and it's suppose to be on Texas toast, but it's not. In the past they have been good. I don't who the manager is, but they really need get their act together, if they want more business. I'm not shy in telling people not to go there.

We’ve had Sonic more frequently these days, the service and food quality continues to improve greatly while some other food stops nearby have sadly declined. Our last meal was fantastic! Can’t wait to order again soon!:)

Sonic in Cassville MO.does not know how to check app (online order) Manager/Asst. Manager Dillon/ Megan. We arrived there on the time that app stated, ask 3 times my name due to the app would not let me check in. Ask why we had to wait, and why order was not ready when we arrived. Carhop just replied “we are very very busy” We ordered our food after happy hour. This Sonic sucks always, you can never get your order correct or on time. It don’t matter, order at car, order at app or call in. Don’t waist your time or money. Business was not busy. Had to give a 1 star cause app made me choose 1

Very Welcoming Staff! From the ppl on the speakers taking your order til your carhop hands you your food ...I would however suggest looking over your order before backing up 👀👀👀 sooooometimes they can be "skimpy" on some things ...I find if my order requires chili more times than not it's like two lil chunks of meat AAAAA bean and A drinking straw full of chili sauce ...fries ...hot dogs 🫠🫠🫠🫠

I usually just go for ice cream, last couple of times the service has been .... ok. The last car hop was a girl that acted like I was inconveniencing her for ordering . Maybe it's because I paid with a card so she assumed no tip. I had tip money but I put it back in my wallet after seeing my order and her attitude. I got three blasts everyone's looked great except mine... looks like they started on my order and then stopped. I waited 10 minutes, two cars that ordered after me let before I got my order. Ya sure one just got a drink (But my order was melting while they skipped me. Had to put it in the freezer so it was ice cream when i ate it) Then finish both of our orders and take them at the same time.

Food and service is as expected, but close to a busy area of town
