Dear American Fork Sonic management, Why buy these bubble lids if you only plan to fill the cups below a drink lid line? Ridiculous!!! At least give me my money’s worth! It’s bad for business. I paid $4.39 + tax. Just a thought, if you guys could give away 1 to 2 napkins per item that is bought, if it involves food or if you see children in the car. Please teach your staff to bring napkins outside when we pay. If it involves food most likely a person will need a napkin, especially if you see children in the car. Thanks so much. A once loyal customer. Shout out to Arctic Circle & Dairy Queen, you guys are great!!!

So annoyed with you!! I ordered corn dogs, your menu shows they come w mustard, and when I ordered I specifically asked for mustard, then when she gave me the order I asked her if there was mustard in the bag and she said yes. Well, shocker... There was no mustard!!!! Seriously, pay attention! She had enough time to chat it up with the other employees instead of paying attention to her job responsibilities. Then the corn dogs were old, they weren't crisp, kinda soft and not hot. I'd rather wait for fresh corn dogs than eat old gross ones. You need to train your employees better and your manager needs to pay more attention to what is happening...

I never give one star reviews but this was a horrible experience. Ordered a shake Got it and it tasted rotten ( I never send back food unless it is really bad ) so I went back in to get a refund, waited 15 minutes for her to then tell us she already refunded us but we payed cash. We Had to tell her we already gave her the receipt and she reluctantly paid us half of the shake. All I can think is girl you do not make enough to be acting this way

Store has seamed to go down over the last year. Screens are broken or out of order. Drive through is very slow and long lines. I can only hope it gets better.

Update: gave it one more shot & this time ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving. Food came out super quick, fresh & hot. A complete turnaround from a few days ago. Original review: If you want to wait over 30 minutes for mediocre food, this is the place.

Ordered through the app because the app is advertised as a way to "skip the line" and get your order faster. Ordered and waited 35 minutes for my shake meanwhile the line was moving and clearing fast. Get my shake and it's completely melted and warm. I'm not gonna wait another 35 minutes for another so just gonna toss this out and try a different location next time. UPDATE: I ended up drinking some because Ive been wanting to try the churro shake and by the time I got home I had diarrhea and vomited it up. I looked at other reviews and saw this has happened multiple times. I AM NEVER COMING BACK. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Used the app to order 2 Cherry Limeaids. I pulled into the stall that was assigned for pick up, checked in and began to wait. I was there for 40 minutes. When I finally talked to a worker about my pick up order, they said to just go through the drive through and that the stalls are closed. No indication that the stalls were closed. Don't have the option to pick up order in sall if you only allow it pick up in the drive through. Sat in drive through for another 15 minutes! Multiple vehicles are waiting in the stalls for their pick up order.

Absolutely worst place ever. The other day we decided to order some drinks on the app. We chose the time 12:15 to pick up. We got there, checked in on the app and waited. By 12:30 we hadn’t gotten our drinks so we pushed the button on the menu and told them that we checked in on the app. They said “ we can’t take you right now you have to go through the drive” we let them know that we only got 3 DRINKS that was it. I let them know that I couldn’t sit in the drive thru because I had to be somewhere and that’s why I chose the pickup time at 12:15. The lady over the microphone, said hold on so we waited again.. 10 minutes later NOTHING. So we went inside and said that we need our drinks and have been waiting half hour again for just 3 DRINKS. They then told us “oh we are sorry, we can’t bring those out to you because we are short staffed” ??? You can’t bring out 3 DRINKS??? I then asked for a freaking refund and some snotty little girl said “I can’t do that”you have to do it on the app? I said I tried and we can’t… she said yes you can and hung up. Like seriously? Is this how you guys treat your customers? Maybe if you are so short staffed close the drive thru lines and shut down the app???
