The last few times I’ve gone I’ve ordered online and when I get there nobody is making my order and there are no other customers. My smoothie has been consistently poor quality with chunks of ice and missing/extra ingredients. This place used to be very consistent but I’m not going back anymore.
My last two visits here have been below what I expect and demand. Last time I did an online order and the wrong size was made despite it being on the ticket. The girl working the counter made me go back to my vehicle to Hey my phone and show that it was ordered as a large despite the fact that I was charged for a large. This time I show up after the time it should have been made on the order and nothing was there. I get asked if I went to the right location which I read to them the address on my mobile app. Then the ticket was found to make the order.
Best manager or owner ever. I let her pick something different for me every time I go there and she never disappoints me in the quality of the smoothies or the overall service. Great job Kenner location
I got to this place at least 3 X's a week, sometimes every work day. Today was the 3rd time they couldn't break a $100 bill. A month ago they were out of bananas and Greek yogurt for over a week. I don't want to hear about the distribution issues when there's a freaking Walmart right across the street. If you really value your customers, you keep change and make sure you have what you know they want! They're close to losing like $60/week just from me.
Pretty quick service, I'd say about 90% of the time. Polite and friendly staff, and not that over the top fake friendly. As for the customers who frequent this location, they are usually kind of pushy, and always seem to be in a rush. Despite that, I would still recommend visiting this Smoothie King location.
This is the best Smoothie King around! I will go out of my way to get my smoothie from here because the flavor is ALWAYS on point. The staff is very pleasant as well. Thank yall :)

Paid for a 20oz smoothie with a scoop of yogurt. Once the young lady finished mixing it. And she begin to pour it in my cup i aaked her if she could put the rest left in a kids cup so i can give to my baby. She said its .27 for the cup. So your gonna throw my money in the trash and not give me the rest of my stuff. So she put in it a smaple cup with no top. So unsanitary. I hate this smoothie king. I'll drive 10 mins to the next before i go there again.
